This magnificent hotel enjoys an enviable location in Maspalomas on the southern tip of the picturesque island of Gran Canaria, just 150 metres from a seemingly endless beach. Golf lovers will find verdant golf course 3 km from this gorgeous complex boasting charming design and fabulous facilities. The airport is situated 36 km away. The hotel offers different room types ranging from double rooms to suites. Each of them enjoys a magnificent design in warm hues, complemented by cosy furniture and featuring garden and ocean views. The restaurants serve delights from several cultures and local food. Guests may indulge in treatments on the spa, tone at the gym or have a plunge in one of the sparkling pools or have a drink from the bar, while children may romp for hours at the wading pool.

Everything we wanted.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was last minute and not our first choice as it looked quite high rise in the photos but once you get there it's completely different - definitely not high rise! The location, next to the sand dunes, is perfect. Close enough to the beach and close enough to all the bars and restaurants as well. The rooms are wonderful, we had the coral one. Exceptionally clean, lovely balcony and turn down service. The only problem is the air con, it's not great. The pool areas are really lovely. Big bonus for me was no inflatables! We used the adults only pool and the pool service was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough for you. On one particularly hot day the gentleman working made sure everyone was fully shaded with umbrellas. We also used the outdoor spa which was heavenly. A couple of saunas, a sanrium, salt room and plunge pool. It was well maintained and stocked. The restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast is one of the best. The choice and availability felt unlimited. We were on a half board basis and in the evening it was either a BBQ which, again, the choice and availability matched the quality of the food or à la carte. The à la carte was also had a good selection to choose from. The hotel said we can swap dinner for lunch and so we did this on one day and had pasta at the African Bar. Again, nothing to fault. We also drank far too many cocktails as they were so delicious - particularly the pina coladas! Lastly, the staff. Every person we interacted with were friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for us. I'm not sure if you can tell but we REALLY loved this hotel and will be going back again next year.

A lovely hotel but tiny bathrooms and inadequate gym
There is a lot to like about this hotel, the location is good, quiet, but very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and welly equipped and the colour scheme was lovely tones of yellow which I found very appealing. However, we found the bathroom to be a little dated and a very tight squeeze, it was really only suitable for one person at a time. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and we found the food to be outstanding. It was a buffet for breakfast, an extensive selection offering absolutely everything that you could think of and delicious too. Lunch and dinner were à la carte, the food was of a very high-quality and an excellent menu selection . The service was extremely good too. The drinks and wine were also of an excellent quality. Tattinger champagne by the glass was also included as a part of the all inclusive package.
The downside for us were the pool areas, especially the adult pool area which was extremely hot and airless. In fact it was so hot around this pool we were unable to use this area. We felt that this was due to the hotel being surrounded by stone walls and tall trees which didn’t allow for adequate airflow. Also, the gym was a huge disappointment as this is located in an outdoors area, meaning it’s very hot and no air-conditioning. I really cannot understand how anyone could use this gym effectively. A real shame and for these reasons I would not return to this hotel.

Another 5 star stay.!!
Returned to the Palm Beach for our 4th time and honestly it didn’t disappoint again. Some familiar faces still there which is great to see and is testament to the team there that means these people want to work here consistently. It looks a great place to work and feels like one big happy family. Christian was great and welcoming as usual, the Managers always working the floor are so efficient and welcoming. Pool bar staff are brilliant, friendly and always welcoming - Octavius - I might have got his name wrong there so apologies is brilliant and so friendly. Food was outstanding as always from the BBQ and themed nights to the bar snacks, burgers are fab, club sandwich, yum…….always love the fact we can change our lunches and dinners around as it enables us to eat in whilst still nip in to Maspalomas for lunch and teas as well. We love the pool, we love the rooms and the staff always work hard to give us the room we want which makes it easier for our daughter Nyah to move to and from the room to pool comfortably on her own. All in all again a fab stay and as soon as we can come back again we will.
Really Nice Hotel
Really nice hotel. Great Location. Good service in the hotel and restaurant. Food at the BBQ's very good, but set menus a little limited. We really liked the service provided at the Pools with regard to setting up the sun loungers with cushions and towels. We also liked the sauna area. Old school hospitality, which we welcomed. We would be happy to return!
