Fabulous hotel
Hotel was fabulous. I haven't got a single bad thing to say about the hotel. Staff were friendly, food was great, pool areas beautiful and no problem at all for sunbeds. Entertainment was excellent. Loved the Michael Jackson show so much. Best hotel I've stayed in and will definitely go back
Holiday
Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Food was amazing. The pools were clean and beautifully maintained. The lifeguards on duty is brilliant and they ensure the rule with sun beds is adhered to. towels down only by 10am the rule I think is perfect..🤩 The rooms clean and looked after. Sad we couldn’t vape, smoke the odd holiday cigar on our balcony as rules don’t allow. No water in rooms topped up only when you first arrive. We arrived to check in around 12.30 but room wasn’t ready until 3 which was a disappointment.
Lovely family holiday
If you like nearby attractions, things to do close by to your hotel, then the location is a little far out to the beech, main shopping area etc If you like walking like us this will not be a problem. The hotel is well looked after, rooms are really clean and hotel staff very friendly. Great pool area, there was never an issue obtaining a sun bed (not always with a parasol though). If you like the gym, this is well looked after with varied equipment and weights. Out of all the inclusive holidays we have been this hotel by far servers the best food, lots of choice for all. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return

REALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. It's 3 star if I'm being nice.
This hotel is nowhere near the quality you expect.
Good Points
- The food in the buffets are usually pretty good considering it's buffet food.
- Taxis can be called and arrive very quickly
- Reasonably priced bed loungers at the adult pool
- The lobby, bars and outdoor areas are very well presented.
- Good range of TV channels
- Decent hairdryer
Bad Points
- The food is only good one out of say 3 days. The salad for example ends up dry and I don't think it's changed daily.
- The Italian and Asian restaurants aren't restaurants, they're also buffets.
- You cannot control the air-con in the room.
- Housekeeping don't change your bedding (even after 10 days, or when I stripped the bed, it was still the same bedding that was just re-made.
- All Inclusive is NOT all inclusive. There is a fee to actually get it on top for 'all inclusive premium'.
- The staff are generally quite rude
- Housekeeping just walked in without shouting or knocking
- They advertise a snack bar throughout the night, but this is a tiny fridge that is emptied before midnight.
- There is a smell of sewerage throughout the hallway
- The shower pressure is awful, and the temperature will flick between scorching hot and freezing cold on its own.
- The rooms are dated, pillows are uncomfortable
- It cost 20 euros to hire and iron, plus a deposit, and this doesn't include an ironing board.
- You can only exchange your pool towel with the little paper ticket which got wet on day one.
- The TUI reps are often in a massive queue
