The modern Dunas Mirador Maspalomas is located in the popular Gran Canria resort of Maspalomas. The laid back area of Sonnenland is nearby and has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants to tempt you. The hotel has two swimming pools with a whirlpool and a large terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun. There is also a free shuttle bus service to the beach and the famous dunes of Maspalomas. From the fantastic freeform pool surrounded by palm trees and loungers to the sumptuous buffet restaurant - this is a hotel that will get you in the holiday mood straightaway.
First, the accommodation. All rooms are modern and spacious with private facilities and a terrace or balcony overlooking the surrounding area. They also feature satellite TV, telephone and safety deposit box (at a fee).
The facilities here are varied, offering guests plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy themselves in the Gran Canaria sunshine. There are a choice of two pools with plenty of space to relax on a comfy lounger poolside and enjoy working on that all-important tan. There's also a pool bar when you want some cool refreshments and a beauty centre if you want to treat yourself to a little pampering.
Later on, why not dine in the restaurant or on the terrace, and afterwards enjoy a drink and perhaps watch live music or one of the professional shows laid on for guests.
This is a great choice for your Gran Canaria holiday, however please be aware that this resort is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Cant fault it. Lovely clean hotel good food different theme every evening. Spacious room they clean every day if you want to. All the staff are fantastic friendly and helpful they work hard to keep the place great. But my extra extra thanks goes to the entertainment staff, Alberto, Omar, Eric, Giolle, and any iv not mentioned. You are the best, great with kids & adults keeping everyone entertained & taking time to talk to people around the pool & bar well done all 😍

No aircon
We are here now. The hotel is fine if, if basic, BUT there is no air conditioning and our room is like an oven. There is an overhead ceiling fan which provides no relief whatsoever. We have paid 65 euro for a portable aircon unit which has not made much difference at all.
Basic and hot rooms!
The rooms are really outdated, no fitted air con and the air con unit in the room can only be used if you put vent out of the door (leaving room door open). Long que at pool bar. Basic food and not much variety. Free bus shuttle is great, the hotel is on a hill and near an Aldi. Hotel I would say is good for family's and entertainment good but lower your expectations about the room and food.

Wow oh wow exceed expectations
Honest review Travelled as a party of 6 ... 4 adults 2 children 1 adult has autism
Check in quick ...staff were very good and helpful
We asked for ground floor rooms close together ....we were next door to each other THANK YOU Rooms B104 & B105 pool view ...Sun all day Rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday Bottle of water in the room on arrival and replenished every couple of days The grounds and pool area were cleaned every morning
Restaurant
Food was good always something to eat ... Food was hot and quickly replenished Even for fussy eaters there was always something
Pool Sunbeds were reserved by the hotel for a disabled person and 1 carer very thoughtful Thank You Amazing ....Aqua Aerobics was good fun so was the water walking The Sunbed wars are very real queing before 7 and then running to reserve the beds 🙄🙄🙄

Out of the way and nothing surrounding it .... But only €7/8 in a taxi to Playa del Ingles
