From the fantastic freeform pool surrounded by palm trees and loungers to the sumptuous buffet restaurant - this is a hotel that will get you in the holiday mood straightaway.
First, the accommodation. All rooms are modern and spacious with private facilities and a terrace or balcony overlooking the surrounding area. They also feature satellite TV, telephone and safety deposit box (at a fee).
The facilities here are varied, offering guests plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy themselves in the Gran Canaria sunshine. There are a choice of two pools with plenty of space to relax on a comfy lounger poolside and enjoy working on that all-important tan. There's also a pool bar when you want some cool refreshments and a beauty centre if you want to treat yourself to a little pampering.
Later on, why not dine in the restaurant or on the terrace, and afterwards enjoy a drink and perhaps watch live music or one of the professional shows laid on for guests.
This is a great choice for your Gran Canaria holiday, however please be aware that this resort is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Last minute break
We booked this hotel as alast minute replacement for a holiday cancelled because of air traffic control. We didn't do the usual back ground checks we would normally. We arrived very late in the evening hungry and tired there was food available but limited and seemed to be left over from evening meal the all inclusive bar shuts at 11 just 10 mins after we arrived. Breakfast was good choice ,there was the usual rush for sun beds which seemed un necessary as plenty available just a little back from pool. Pool area was nice but entertainment team had music very loud, pool bar lunch time food was ok but same thing everyday. Evening meals again very repetative. Entertainment was good until the mike broke after a few nights and then just seemed to be entertainment crew shouting. The love and hate bar next door and sports bar were very good but not part of all inclusive so take some money with you. Long way from maspolomas shuttle bus provided but very busy and only available in mornings returning in afternoon ,taxi about 7 euros. Power cut one evening and manager endedup telling people not his responsability and walking off. So do your research and make your choice.

Great hotel, shame about the entertainment - didn't seem to cater for all languages
We are currently at this hotel. The hotel is really nice, if not a bit in the middle of nowhere. They do offer a shuttle bus to the beach which is great. The reception staff and the restaurant staff are really friendly and the food in the restaurant and snack bar are awesome. It's great if you only drink, wine, beer or fizzy drinks, it's self service. They have ice-cream and slush puppies on tap - all free. The pool opens at 8:30 am which is great. No fighting for sunbed and getting up at silly oclock. We've had no problem getting sunbeds at all. We have a fan and a portable air con unit in the room. Which haha when used properly (our fault, was great) The rooms are lovely, comfy beds. Loads of coat hangers. The only thing and this is our opinion is that the entertainment staff are a let down. I appreciate we are in Spain but the entertainment isn't always spoken in English. Unless you tell them that you are and personally I don't think we should. They should be aware of multi culture guests.It's like watching a film without subtitles. Lots of ramps for people with mobility issues which is great. Overall great hotel, great food. Just felt left out on what was happening with the entertainment - which was rather a shame!!!

Great customer services
All I can say is the customer service in this hotel is exceptional. We had a few issues with rooms on arrival and they were dealt with swiftly. To apologise they gave our boys teddies and we got a complementary drink. Which wasn’t necessary, but very much appreciated.
We travelled with our 2 3 month boys and 5 year old. And would 100% come back.
Pros
- food - lots of choice. Really hot. Never overly busy in the canteen. Even the pool side snacks have good variety and are fresh. Ice-cream is also on tap.
- Drinks - you can get most drinks yourself so you do not need to queue for bar service. As there is only one pool bar.
- Microwaves - perfect for us as we had babies and needed to sterilise bottles.
- Even though hotel is big and it was relatively busy. We had no issues with sunbeds around both pools.
- Pool water was lovely and warm. Not freezing which is a nice change.
- The hotel is really clean. The rooms are cleaned well.
- It is located next door to an Aldi which is so handy and perfect for anything you may have forgotten.
Cons
- There is no air con. You can get standalone Devices for your rooms but you’d need to leave your door open for the tubing. Otherwise it’s just a ceiling fan which id suggest also requires door open.
They are doing a lot of work to renovate rooms within the hotel. None of the work impacted our stay and I have no doubt will be positive for visitors to come.

Five star from us
Arrived late on Thursday as luggage was late so got to hotel after 10pm got checked in quickly are Room was block F 3rd floor I’m disabled both my husband and I have COPD plus pensioners it’s quite a walk to get to F block but got to the room all seemed ok the receptionist said there will be food at 11pm goes all the way down stairs aswell bit of raw carrot bit lettuce hard bread bun no drinks what a nightmare could get any milk anywhere so I thought cannot stay her but after a good sleep went down for breakfast mirromar Dunas all is forgiven food beautiful loads of choice all delicious Animation team fabulous so funny always made you feel welcome staff in restaurant fabulous got a sun bed no bother .pool bar fab food fab it’s people leaving their cups plates straws all over floor next time I come please give me a ground floor and the ceiling fan rotates both ways hot or cold there is a button on the remote I go home Thursday 1st October plus only one day rain in 2 weeks and they give you a bottle of water everyday so definitely be back
