We were extremely happy with our stay in every way. The bungalow was beautifully prepared, the staff were very kind and welcoming, and the food was amazing.
A special thank you goes to the fantastic animation team, who did a wonderful job keeping both us and our children entertained! Our kids especially loved Mário – he was definitely their favourite! 😊

It’s a real shame to have to leave this review because the hotel is beautiful and most of the people are wonderful, but WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED TWICE, €150 IN TOTAL! They claimed that a window would not close. I’m making this known in case it happens to someone else, so that we can find out who is responsible and make sure this person doesn’t damage the hotel the way they are doing!!!!
THIEVES OUT ⚠️ Es una verdadera pena poner esta reseña porque el hotel es precioso y la mayoría de la gente es maravillosa pero NOS HAN ROBADO EN 2 OCASIONES 150 € en total ! Diciendo que una ventana no cerraba , lo pongo en constancia por si le pasara alguien más a ver si sale quien es y que esa persona no dañe al hotel como lo está haciendo !!!! LADRONES FUERA ⚠️
Amazing!
Amazing hotel, brilliant location and the bungalows are a good bridge between high rise hotel and villa. Great food, and quality spirits on all inclusive. The entertainment is fun and inclusive or not if you prefer. Mario and Bryan are so friendly fun.
