So disappointed
Let's start by saying this was a lovely relaxing resort. Food was good , pool area was fun and no sunbed wars. Warning !!!! We was a group of 6 women in a 3 bedroom villa at the back of resort. Us and at least 3 other families that we know had someone take money from our room while we went for dinner it's not the money and I know we should have used the safe, it's the fact this is a family resort and made us feel very unsafe after knowing someone had been in there. And the way the staff reacted to this knowing this was going on over a period of nights, so no I would not recommend until they have this under control and make the back wall secure. So disappointed!!
Could have been perfect but NOT SAFE
Nice restaurant, not too crowded and kind staff. However jewelry has been stolen from us. People were changing the door knobs the week we stayed, and we were supposed to be notified 24h before any work was done specifically in our room. However the note came after the job was done. When we came back from the pool, there was a new doorknob yes, but a ring and necklace were gone (even if originally hidden beneath clothes). It felt very intruding not to be notified of their arrival, and losing sentimental objects along the way.
Fabulous kids club
My son is 5 years old, autistic, and has special interests, so I was absolutely delighted with how welcoming and understanding the team was. They let him do his own thing, made sure he was well looked after, and took the time to listen to him and make his experience so enjoyable.
A special thank you to Mario for going above and beyond to make our visit such a positive one. Your kindness, patience, and genuine care meant so much to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The animation team Mario, Alejandra & Grimi are the best. Our daughter had a lot of fun drawing, coloring, crafting and of course dancing at the minidisco every evening. Thank you so much!!!!!
Best entertainment team
Fantastic team who are very lively and full of energy. Their enthusiasm is infectious and you can’t help but join in with the activities and games.
