Great hotel with wonderful staff.
Had a ten day stay at the BRI Hotel early June 2026. Booked a sea view suite via Jet2Holidays. Arrived around 9pm and received a very warm welcome from the reception staff, who advised that we should head directly for the restaurant as dinner finished at 9:30pm. Dinner was a self service buffet, with wide selection of cold meats, cheeses and accompaniments for starters, a range of hot dishes with vegetables for main course, and a further selection of deserts, fruit or ice cream to finish. Tea and coffee was available via the self service machines which produce decaf and regular coffee in a variety of coffee styles (two machines were available, one with standard strength coffee, the other with stronger coffee). In addition to the main courses was a grill-to-order station where the duty chef prepared fish, meat and vegetables. On arrival at our room we found this to be very large, with a king sized bed with tv in a raised area, a sitting area with a further tv, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, a large bathroom with shower enclosure, toilet and£ bidet enclosure, twin basins, two large wardrobes (with safe) and a large corner style bath tub. The room was nicely decorated with tiled flooring throughout. We found the bed to be quite firm but very comfortable. Opening the sliding door out onto the balcony we found two beach chairs, side table and two beach loungers, each with comfortable cushions. As well as bathroom linen two beach/pool towels are provided which can be exchanged for fresh for a minor fee at reception. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also provided free of charge on the beach just across the adjacent promenade. The room was serviced daily, with regular fresh linens, and 5h3 public areas were always clean and well presented. Breakfast is provided in the restaurant, with self service arrangement for most dishes, although the grill station was open for fresh eggs, omelettes etc. Overall we had a great time at BRI, and will likely return in the near future. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Overall we had a wonderful holiday

Lovely quality hotel in a prime location right on the beach front of Las Canteras.
We have just returned from a week’s holiday staying in this hotel. The room was super clean and had everything you needed. Maid service first class. Food excellent and plenty of choice. Big shout out to Yarina in the restaurant who always went above and beyond. Our only grumble and it was small was the evening entertainment which basically was a sax player and a harp player on different nights. A pianist plus a vocalist would have also been nice. The courtesy room provided for late checkout was also a big plus and perfect for getting a wash and change for the long flight home.

A sea view is a must.
We have just returned from this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, I read reviews about luggage being taken up to the rooms. This didn’t happen for us, neither a drink of water or juice offered on arrival. After a long journey this would have been appreciated.
The location for the beach is spot on. Free sun beds on the beach for those staying at the hotel. Not many beds for the pool area which opens at 10.00am. A little late I think.
Breakfast is ok. All the usual you’d expect. Don’t be late coming down as you’ll have to queue and wait. The omelette/egg station is very badly designed. People crowded around waiting for their omelettes to be cooked getting in the way of everyone else.
We had a kettle in our room with Tea bags. No coffee so bring your own if you like a coffee in your room. We were given 4 tiny milks at the beginning of our stay. And that was it. No top ups during our stay on the tea bags or milk. I did ask the housekeeping lady with the cart in the hall way for milk but she said we weren’t allowed any more!!
Definitely pay the extra for a sea view room otherwise you’ll be looking out on to a car park and a road.
The Aquarium is a must for a visit. Also the shopping centre, be warned though, it doesn’t open Sundays

Best hôtel in Las Palmas!
All round this is an excellent hotel. The location is first class. Right on the promenade of Las Canteras beach, where there is plenty going on - bars, restaurants, shopping etc., but also not too far from the main shopping area of Mesa y Lopez. The breakfast is exceptional, and the restaurant staff are really good. The reception and bar staff are also excellent. Considering this not a new hotel, it is spacious, light and airy, and very well maintained. As far as we are concerned, this has to be the best hotel in Las Palmas for a holiday. We are coming back in September!

What to say about Bull Reina Isabel and spa.. Just fantastic from the moment you arrive your luggage is taken to your room, reception very helpful, we had a seaview room it was truly 4star, TV, fridge and kettle we were on B&B and breakfast was great ,fresh cooked omelettes but if you arrive at the wrong time you will have a wait as demand is high and all manner of breakfast food available 😊 We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and the buffet food was lovely. The north of the island can be a little cloudy with a breeze compared to the south. The hotel is almost directly on the beach with free sunbeds and a lovely sandy beach 🏖️ 😊 the roof top pool , floatation pool,spa and bar just a great chill area. Fantastic restaurants along the seafront. The whole area was just great for me and my fantastic wife as I'm not walking that great at the moment, very few steps anywhere in hotel or along the seafront. Would we good back!! In a blink of an eye this hotel is just what's needed.
