100% for location. You can walk about 2 mins to the stunning beach “Playa de las Canteras”, surrounded by so many different restaurants & cafes. 1 min walk to a supermarket, 1 min to a laundrette, and 2 mins from the car park. Nayra & Leopoldo are lovely and are willing to help with anything to make your stay better. Rooms are clean and modern and breakfast is good. Stayed here for 2 weeks for work. Would definitely come back!
Hotel Ciudad is located a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants along the beach. It is a great location to explore Las Palmas and the surrounding areas. It is located near multiple bus stops to take you around town and the island easily (Las Palmas is a long spread out city, you will likely need/want to take a bus to get around from time to time).
The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel has an option for breakfast, and we found it to be delicious. The owner would make eggs for us, and they also had the usual breads, meats and cheese and cereals.
I would recommend the hotel for your stay in Las Palmas. The front desk isn't always manned, so it is best to let the hotel know in advanced what your arrival time will be.
Arrived on New Year's Eve. No staff working here other than caretaker. Room airless and dim and overpriced for what it provided. Pictures on the site not really representative. Breakfast more or less non existent. Soul-less place. Only positive being good location and access to sea front.
Great location, updated rooms, and super friendly staff. This hotel was perfect for us. The hotel staff, Juan Fernando, was unbelievably helpful. This will be our go-to hotel for all future visits to Las Palmas. I highly recommend this hotel.
Juan was amazing! We had very little Spanish, but it worked and Juan was so attentive and friendly and we couldn't be more grateful. Great location, 3 min walk from the sea, clean, modern, has everything you need!
