It was ok. The swimming pool shouldn’t be advertised as one, as it is smaller than a bathtub. Only one person could fit in it at a time. The room was ok. No privacy for the bathroom and it’s all open planned. You can hear everything that might be uncomfortable for some people. They cleaned the rooms good everyday though which was good. Fridge wasn’t cold. Air con is nice. Good location it’s in the centre. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food
Ok for a couple of nights….
We stayed here for 4 nights not knowing it was Carnival….the hotel was obviously very busy with guests and private parties with lots of noise….some of the rooms are inside rooms with an interior window….no privacy….the room is tiny with open type bathrooms…not a problem if you are a couple….two friends not so great…didn’t use bars or restaurants…good location….nice staff and very clean….

Nice…but!
One night stay. Hotel on very busy and noisy main road. Staff friendly and helpful. Luckily, our room was overlooking the port and not the road therefore quieter. Only negative is the breakfast which, for €17 each, was expensive with limited and poor quality food. Would we stay again? No!

The Most Wonderful Stay 😍
We received a warm, friendly welcome on arrival and getting checked in. Our room was not ready but we could leave our luggage in a room in the reception. Our room was very spacious, clean and extremely well decorated. With lots of character and quirkiness which related to the history of the hotel being a bank in the past. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was beautifully decorated and the shower was great to use.
Breakfast was brilliant with a large choice & variations in food. We sat in beautiful surroundings including in the old safe!
The reception area was nice to sit in. Also the roof top bar & solarium.
All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank-you.
We highly recommend a visit to this hotel. We hope to be back one day.
