This apartment complex is situated amongst green gardens by the beach. Restaurants offering buffet and à la carte meals, as well as bars and pubs can be found in the immediate vicinity, whilst the town of San Fernando is 8 km away.
The family-friendly hotel has a total of 255 rooms and is fully air-conditioned. There is a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, as well as hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, cloakroom and lift access. Other facilities include on-site café, bar, pub and restaurant, as well as hairdressing salon, auditorium, games room, conference facilities and wireless Internet access. Room and laundry services are provided, whilst guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the hotel's own private car park. The hotel also operates a bike hire service and there is a children's playground for the younger guests.
The hotel features comfortable rooms with unbeatable sea views from their huge balconies. Rooms are en suite with bathtub and hairdryer and include direct dial telephone, satellite TV with international channels, mini-fridge/minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and a room safe. Ceiling fans have been fitted in the rooms and they are also air-conditioned.
The resort includes outdoor swimming pools with an area for children. Guests can relax on the sun loungers and shade themselves with the parasols which are laid out on the sun terrace by the pool. Refreshments are available just a few steps away at the poolside snack bar. There is an on-site gym and a sauna, steam room and hot tub. Massage and spa treatments are also available. Further activities available at the resort include tennis, table tennis, bocce, 18-hole mini-golf, golf (on the driving range) and trampolining. Entertainment programmes are provided for children and adults, whilst water sports such as diving, wind surfing and canoeing are available on the nearby beach, as is beach volleyball.

This hotel is very good but not quite perfect
This hotel is very good but not quite perfect. Rooms split level sea view are very good. Plenty of space, comfy beds with good air con and modern decor. Cleaners do a great job. Free safe, kettle, mini fridge and hair dryer. Spacious toilet / shower room. Food was exceptional but dining room very busy and hectic during peak times. Pools were all great and child friendly with alert life guards. Location is somewhat isolated but easy to get buses / taxis. There are lots of sunbeds but if you want a prime position you need to queue from about 7.15 for 8.00 pool opening and be quick to grab a sunbed. The provision of cocktails in all inclusive is very welcome but does cause lengthy queues at both bars. Toilet facilities are limited in public spaces, three cubicles in three locations, dining room, near spa and near pool is not enough. Main entertainment room gets very hot and stuffy when full in the evening. All staff from reception to cleaners are lovely and work very hard. Overall hotel and pool areas are very clean. Not enough outside seating in the evening. All our group 8 adults, 2 children and a baby had a great time. Lifts are busy but work well considering the amount of usage.

Great holiday!
Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Very children friendly and have loads of facilities for children. The pools are great too. They cater for all ages, whether a non swimmer or a good swimmer. All inclusive is brilliant, food and drink available all day. Entertainment great. Accommodation was lovely too. Clean and had everything we needed except hot water for our showers. We did complain and they said it would be checked but we still had cold showers. The beach next to the hotel is very rocky and not really good for going on. We took a bus ride to a sandy beach one day. TUI reps were really helpful too. A great holiday, thank you.

Overall this hotel is really good and ideal for families. We are a family of five with three under 12 years old. For that age range it was what we wanted,
Pros: For us the food was always freshly prepared and changed often and there was always something we each liked. There are some theme nights but overall a great selection of fresh fruit to! The pools are good and get nice and warm in the heat there are some negatives to this to but overall they are good Plenty of sun beds The rooms are functional and great views of the sea The staff are great overall and really helpful. Sadly listened to many brits moaning and getting angry at the staff when they are just trying there best. I think they were great including the TUI reps who work hard.
Negatives The snack bar is a bit hit and miss The drinks are pre made mostly and often feel little alcohol included because of this (I understand they do this for speed) The hotel was very busy so the sunbeds were always being picked at 7:45am so do get up early if you want a parasol! Sometimes the cleaners cleaned and gave a new bottle of water but often didnt The lifts were not always working and also heard many a person who got stuck in them!
I have to say this hotel in the height of the season was a joy and we would return!
Really good quality hotel with amazing staff
Absolutely fantastic. The staff are amazing, especially the staff in the restaurant and bars. The food was brilliant. Chinese night was especially fantastic. There was always lots of choice, and the food was high quality. The waiters were very efficient and also really funny. They all interacted positively with us and one was especially good at cracking jokes. I wish I'd caught his name because he deserves special recognition. We were there for about 12 days, so got a good feel for the place. Despite the lengthy stay, we did not even scratch the surface of what the hotel has to offer. We spent most of our time by the pool but there is a spa and gym and lots of activities to get involved in. There is an entertainment team that aren't pushy like in some hotels, which we liked. There is lots going on for children especially. There was a singer, who was good but the songs were a bit repetitive at times, and it would be good if he changed up his set list sometimes. My favourite bits were the foam party, white night and Chinese night. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

Best holiday ever
What a brilliant and beautiful hotel. Staff are amazing food is really nice. Loads to do for kids. We enjoyed every minute and the resort is alot quiter that other parts of the canaries but only a short ride away from nightlife if you did want a night out thank you everyone for all your hard work in making our holiday extra special
