The new SBH Maxorata Resort 4 **** in Jandía opened its doors after a complete renovation and modernization in 2018.
Its spacious and modern facilities are designed to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The children will enjoy the entertainment programs and the adults will be able to relax in the Wellness area of the hotel.
The SBH Maxorata Resort Hotel has 601 modern rooms, offering all kinds of amenities to make your stay unforgettable. It has Double Standard, Double Sea View and Family Rooms with or without sea view that have separate bedroom and living room with sofa bed. All rooms of Air Conditioning, telephone with outside line, small fridge, SAT plasma TV, safe (with cost), WIFI (with cost) complete bathroom with hair dryer and bathroom articles. Free cot on request.
Our gastronomic offer includes an excellent variety of food and beverages and an ample service of Bars and Restaurants. You can enjoy the Buffet Restaurant, with a large buffet of hot and cold dishes. This restaurant serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with the best dishes of international cuisine with varied thematic corners, and all cooked with premium quality products and live cuisine.
It has two themed restaurants (by reservation) and a Pool Bar where you can drink or have a snack during the day, with a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea and swimming pool, with hot snacks and all accompanied by a wide variety of drinks. The Bar Salon, offers a pleasant time to end the day, where you can have a drink from its extensive menu of drinks and all with the best music and shows.

Surprisingly good
I feel the need to write this review. My daughter booked the holiday for herself, 2 children ages 12 and 9 and myself for 10 days, we are currently on our 7th day. Looking at the reviews before we came away I was quite concerned as to what we'd find. I can honestly say I have been pleasantly surprised. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Reception have dealt with any problems straight away. The entertainment team are excellent and work so hard. There are 4 pools and a baby pool. It's never difficult finding a sun lounger. The buffet restaurant has a wide choice of food that even my very fussy 9yr old grandson can find something to eat. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for your hard work, shame we have to go home on Tuesday, from all in room 3203.

Best hotel i have ever visited!
I have stayed in many places throughout Spain, and stayed in many hotels. This is by far the most amazing experience I've ever had, and the best hotel I have had the pleasure of staying in. I would live here if I could!
The location is beautiful, the rooms are pristine, the bars, the restaurant and the pools are perfect. The staff are phenomenal, from the reception to the cleaners, from the bar staff to the activities team. They are all very friendly, very accommodating and they deserve a lot of recognition for making our stay such a pleasure.
Special shout out to the Activities team who made my stay so much fun, from playing games in the pool, to taking part in Mr Hotel, I had a blast. Very big thanks to all of them for the memories I'll cherish forever. Isa De La Cruz in particular is a diamond, she was the highlight of my holiday.
Beautiful hotel & location
This was my first ever solo holiday 🥹❤️ As a 33 yr old women, in desperate need of a silent retreat, this place was the perfect choice. I felt completely safe throughout my holiday, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Beautiful beach a few minutes walk away and stunning views.
The food was another highlight of my stay. The seafood was absolutely delicious, I ate so many olives and different cheeses, there was always plenty of fresh fruit to enjoy! I had a delicious fry up every morning sitting by the window looking out at the beautiful view. the snack bar served lovely food throughout the day, I preferred having lunch here. I only drank cocktails during my stay, and they were amazing. I didn’t try the beer or wine. I’d just say If you want a cocktail with your dinner grab one from one of the bars first and take it with you to the dinner area 😊
The hotel felt like a silent retreat, with calm, quiet evenings that were perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. It was well worth paying a little bit more for partial sea view, I had a lovely view of the beach and lighthouse. My room was lovely it was spacey, cool and clean. The hotel is beautiful and it’s easy to find your way around. My WiFi didn’t work in my room unfortunately but WiFi did work everywhere else in the hotel lol.
I paid for an aloe Vera head to toe massage at the spa and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! . All of the staff who work in the hotel are friendly and happy to help you.
Take a water bottle with you, unless you dont mind buying bottled water. plenty of water machines around the hotel. treat yourself to the fresh lemon and fruit water. the glass water machines opposite the reception. So refreshing. Thank me later 😎❤️👍

Honest review and opinions!
I’d say it the pricing should be less it wasn’t as it seems like the pictures it still was good the infinity pool was beautiful and wonderful to swim in the kitchen staff was quite helpful and the cleaners in the kitchen could NOT clean the plates properly it was either it was still wet or there was some substance on it and for the room the sofa bed kept moving and it was a bit uncomfortable they need to add more beds instead of a sofa bed for a room with 4 people. The drink bar is great also they could of adapted it better for teens it was mostly younger children

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. George on reception was so helpful Izzy part of animation team was great getting us all involved in activities Bar staff amazing both day & night Main restaurant tables were cleaned & tidied with speed no waiting. Food & drinks were great Pools were amazing, lots of sunbeds, outside space cleaned daily Stunning views
Hotel clean and room was clean too If staying in standard room no kettle facilities however you can hirer a coffee machine Safe you have to pay 4.50 euros per day this is not a deposit Would I return, yes I would Thanks for a great stay
