A lovely stay at this large hotel
The hotel is 1 hours drive, from the Airport, (we hired a car and you can park for free on the street), drop off your passengers, then park the car up.
I stayed here in a connecting room, with 2 other members of my family, and with no children. The hotel itself is tiered with reception and the main hotel at the top level and then all the other rooms, are at a lower level, with 9 blocks. Block 9 being at the bottom, where you can exit at the bottom to go towards the beach area. Towards the lower blocks there is are slopes and windy paths, that are fairly steep. If you have mobility issues, then a lower block is not a good option. We stayed in Block 1, due to my brother having mobility issues. The hotel CANNOT guarantee a block near to the restaurant or main pool, but if you explain your situation, they WILL accomodate and help with transport and moving your cases in a buggy.
There is a Spa at the bottom of the hotel, which appeared open, and the pool at the bottom, was not in use for some reason!!
The hotel does appear in places fairly tired, in some areas, but nothing to ruin your holiday.
Anyway onto the rooms The rooms have a ceiling fan and they do have air con in the rooms, our room did not really work with the air con, but we used the ceiling fan, in which some of the switches on the fan, caouldbe in winter mode, and not summer mode, you can see this on the side of the fan itself. There was a shower over a bath, toilet and bidet. All was functional and at the end of the day, you sleep and wash in a room, and dont spend any other time in there. I dont usually watch TV in the room, but they have Channels BBC 1, 2, ITV and 4.
The hotel itself has a few pools, one of them was in the Royal Level part of the hotel and could not comment as we were not in the Royal Level Area.
The main hotel has 2 main pools on different levels. They felt a little warm at times. I think in winter its heated. In the middle of the main pool you can get drinks.
2 levels down from the main pool, is a snack bar that serves, drinks, nachos, pizzas, burgers, frankfurters, chips, salad and cheese slices. There are sandwiches that change daily the fillings.
The main buffet is within the main hotel, on level -1 (2 levels down from reception). This serves Breakfast, lunch and dinner, Breakfast 7:30am to 10am, Lunch 1pm to 3pm and dinner 7pm to 10pm.
The main buffet does vary in variety, but there are the same items there, every day, like pasta, tomato sauce/bolognese, pizzas. Breakfast serves everything you can think of and dream of. At dinner, there is alway a Paella, Vegetable, Seafood, Meat one. There is always chips, and meats can be Pork, chicken, Beef Stew, Meatballs, and one day we had steak, which was lovely. Lots of salad as well, to choose from as well. There is lots of fresh fruit, bread, rolls and cheeses, crackers. Usually plenty for all, and fussy eaters.
Plenty of drinks, soft drinks / wines / Tea / Coffee, etc, etc, what you would expect in an All Inclusive hotel.
The entertainment team are very very good, always keeping us guests busy during the day, every day. A shout out to Patrice, as she was always involving us and keeping us entertained. There is a kids club as well, and can look after the kids at certain times of the day as well.

10 day holiday
Late evening arrival and a cold buffet waiting for us. Staff above and beyond. Nothing too much trouble. Complex clean and tidy. Pools great. Food very good with plenty of variety. Hotel situated on hillside therefore tough on the legs and knees. Daily temp 26-30 so hot for October. Will definately come back.

A Lovely Hotel
A great stay in a lovely clean modern hotel. The pools were absolutely stunning, the only thing was a few tiles on floor were missing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size with a great sea view. The only thing I felt was the housekeeping could have been slightly better but did not spoil our holiday. The food was good although it was the same every day, no real variation so good to go out sometimes. Entertainment during the day was so much fun. I would highly recommend this hotel
Decent mid September get away.
Hotel Big spacious lobby area with a good vibe. Hotel has areas restricted for ‘royal guests’ Big dining area. Where the buffet is displayed it can be quite tight for space. The walls and pillars could do with being cleaned as there is splashes of food debris on them. A few loose or broken tiles around the hotel pool and walk paths to the blocks. Once at the blocks there are no lifts. No hand sanitizer in the dining area. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sunbeds free. No umbrellas to provide shade was an issue if you didn’t manage get get under the sheltered areas where the sun beds where.
Room Bit dated with main theme of wood. Good size and the air con was ok. No lock on the bathroom door and the door is not solid (slanted tiles) Shower was very sensitive to how hot/cold it went. Sofa bed was broken and was hard to move. Safe is not included in the room and you have to pay a premium to use it. KEYCARD! We had to go to reception 13 times because our key card stopped working.
Service Generally good service. No standout service. Reception always helpful as can be and polite. Bar staff were all nice. Down side was the pool bar was not always open when it stated it should be. On one colder day it did not open at all and no extra staff were put in the next closest ‘piano bar’. Freshly made cocktails around the main building was great.
Food I found the food to be above average. They served a different type of fresh mixed juice which was nice. Breakfast was pretty much repeated everyday but they had English style sausage and served a good range. Lunch was similar Dinner always had 2 types of soup which were always nice. Had themed nights. All the meats and fish were cooked well and infront of you. I had a really good steak and lamb. The ice cream was always melted around this time. Deserts were nothing to write home about. Pastries were pre baked frozen Pizzas were made fresh. Bottles of wine were always available as well as beer on tap.
Entertainment The entertainment team were all nice and friendly. I personally did not get too involved in what was going on but I had been told it was adequate for the time of year and the people staying. The after dinner/evening entertainment was a bit of a let down even though things were going on.
Beach Pathway a short distance from the ‘back gate’ of the hotel. Path way is often waterlogged from sea water. Quite windy and sea was a little choppy. Beach further down near the lighthouse was better.

Excellent staff but lots of repairs needed on the hotel
The reps were full of energy and held a brilliant pool party on the friday, they made the holiday!. Can't complain about the food and drink either, lots of choice. The rooms were ok but there were lots of little things that need repairing all over the hotel. Coat pegs, taps, plug sockets,tiles etc. The cleaners were very polite too and leave you little treats now and again. There are shops close by and a town roughly 20 minutes walk away with shops and restaurants. Overall, a great holiday!
