You get what you pay for.
Generally a good hotel with some maintenance it could be better. Food choice and availability was very good, entertainment was ok, the outdoor PA system sounded terrible needs new speakers. Rooms need new furniture. For what we paid, I can’t complain, with a few updates and repairs this would be a hotel to choose. I have seen some bad reviews on various places but I couldn’t see what the issue was, we generally had a great time. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Utter joke of a hotel stay clear
Would not recommend to any families or anyone in general utter joke of a hotel been to other 4stars in the area and this should be 2 if that dangerous for kids and food is rank
Lovely stay
We had a great stay! The service was excellent. The staff was super friendly. My daughter has a gluten-free diet and once we knew “the system”she was very well taken care of. The pool (area), the restaurant, the room - all very clean. Some parts of the room were slightly outdated (the bathroom door, the water tap), but that is just an observation. It didn’t cause any problem.
Ok, not great
We stayed here with 2 families, the hotel was ok but we've experienced better.
The first half of our vacation was good, but in the second half more people arrived and you could notice the hotel, pool, ... getting dirtier and they looked understaffed.

Our experience was far from good and looking back at the reviews over the last month or 2 we can see this wasn’t just us. Our rooms were in poor condition and falling apart our door was not secure the beds were filthy, comfy but filthy. Our door stops were missing in the floor which resulted pins sticking out the floor. In the main restaurant there are no food options for children other than chips. The food that is being served is extremely poor quality we have been served raw food and are aware of other family’s within the resort that have had bad experiences within this restaurant. We all suffered with illness, as did a lot of other family’s that we did not know or travel with. The hygiene in the hotel is completely below the belt. Alcoholic drinks left from the night before in the children’s arcade area, locks on bathroom doors throughout the hotel gone and not working. Having spoken to the hotel numerous times since the first day we had arrived and easyJet holiday support we was completely left at bay with no options no support and had no other option than to end our holiday. We have since returned from our holiday early and going through a process with abta in regardless to compensation and refunds.
