Great last minute break
Nice hotel clean and friendly helpful staff, but quite slow on reception desk. It would help if you got more written information when you check in.

The food was good, but the extractor hoods couldn't keep up with the fumes. Occasionally a dirty plate in the dining room. The coffee machine was often out of order. The room was good, but its best days are behind it. WiFi in the room was very poor. A cockroach on the sidewalk. The beach was far away. Staff were helpful. Occasional problems with parking (full car parks).

Hotel clean staff friendly animation team are brilliant always something going on through the day and night the food is good something for everyone we had a brilliant stay

Nice hotel - more staff needed
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Hotel is probably 3.5/4* could be more but they are really lacking in staff in all areas. We upgraded our room as the quality of the room wasn't great and we got the premium package included. It was worth paying the extra to eat in the a la carte restaurant for breakfast and dinner (not open for lunch). You also get the premium drinks package with the upgrade. The hotel is kept really clean by the hardworking staff and the outside pool areas are very nice. The food in the main restaurant is not fantastic but there is plenty of it. If you are going to the beach it is worth getting the shuttle bus as it is quite a walk. The beach is lovely and there is a very nice beach bar there and lots of shops, restaurants and bars. You can get a cab back up for about 5 or 6 euros. It was a very nice holiday overall and Fuerterventura is a lovely island. If you can, hire a car and drive up the coastline to visit some of the beaches - they are beautiful.

Shocking…
Well we’re do I start..
Some of the staff very rude Couldn’t check in till 4.15pm No apology what’s so ever, TVs don’t work in the rooms . At reception be prepared to wait ages as there is a lack of staff it was a joke. 2 people serving and they was around 15 people in the queue.
So believe the comments , it’s a real shame I won’t be going back.
