Fantastic Hotel
The hotel was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very helpful and polite - certainly a huge asset. Possibly the best staff we have encountered.
We stayed star prestige which was good.
There isn’t much to do in the area, but we knew that before we went. The transfer was not good but obviously nothing to do with the hotel. If you can, I would seriously consider a private transfer. We booked with EasyJet.

Great stay

Fabulous stay
Just back from our third holiday at this wonderful hotel. The location, food and service really make it a special and relaxing holiday. First time travelling in August and, even though it was busy, we always got a lounger in a nice spot. Some guests do reserve their favourite loungers, especially poolside or the front row overlooking the beach but it wasn’t a problem. There were more children than previous visits, but again, it wasn’t a problem. We couldn’t get a booking at the teppanyaki restaurant which was a shame, perhaps the hotel could review the booking system for this as it seems to be a problem. We will be returning next year for definite!

The Gem of Fuerteventura
What an amazing stay at this stunning hotel!!! Everything is fantastic from the staff, to the food and drinks, and the gorgeous airy rooms! Not to mention the cleanliness being second to none! It’s very rare to be able to tick every box but the Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura has nailed it!! What a delightful and relaxing holiday we had. Thank you to everyone who made it such a memorable time for us! We’ll certainly be back soon to enjoy more of the wonderful hospitality on offer! Until next time ….

Fabulous Hotel
Wow, a fantastic holiday from start to finish. The hotel is approx an hour from the airport, (we hired a car) parking was a bit tricky but once checked in there are spaces behind hotel barriers. Arriving late wasn’t a problem and there was still food/snacks available in the cafe in the lobby. Our room was in a great location in the hotel and Reception had ensured our daughter was located in close proximity to us. The quality of the food and drink across the hotel is fabulous, with a huge range available at all times. The Teppanyaki restaurant is a must, although it isn’t easy to get a reservation, but worth it. The staff make the hotel and are all super friendly and always willing to help. The animation team are fabulous and so relaxed and friendly, making everyone feel welcome but not pushing activities on you. The evening entertainment was varied with something for everyone, we especially enjoyed the saxophonist by the pool, absolutely brilliant.
A special shoutout to Nicole for the Pilates classes and for Amin for the impromptu Spanish lessons and keeping us entertained.
