Fabulous hotel! Will definitely return
We spent 2 weeks during September with our adult daughter and had the most relaxing holiday!
The hotel is clean, spacious and modern. Our room was comfortable with good beds. The shower had good pressure. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned each day as were the pool areas.
All staff were really friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
The buffet was so good we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else to eat. Food has a different theme each day and is kept fresh, replaced and hot. We also ate at the Tapenyaki which was fun, though a little lacking in atmosphere as there was only one cooking station in use. We were all inclusive and this was excellent value. Having the additional coffee shop was great, especially if you wanted to skip breakfast and the food truck made great fruit smoothies.
The entertainment on the terrace was pretty good for a hotel. The Diamonds in the theatre on Friday nights were our favourites though.
The games and game tables are a great idea. Nice to be able to sit at a proper table and play cards. This was a popular area. There’s also a small library in reception to swap books.
We had few niggles: having to request Buck’s Fizz/mimosas at breakfast rather than help yourself, changing towels at odd times (10.15 - 4.15) and not being able to walk out from our pool level room. These really were tiny things though - just for feedback.
There isn’t much around the hotel - some shops and restaurants about half hour walk away. The hotel do their best to make up for this with their daytime entertainment schedule. We don’t usually get involved but actually really enjoyed ourselves.
Sustainability is excellent, as always with Iberostar. Edible straws, no plastic, water stations (a bit slow).
We would definitely recommend this hotel and are looking forward to returning.

Star Prestige
Iberostar Selection Jandia. Arrived on 6th September - Room 2030. Brilliant hotel, friendly and professional welcome at check-in which lasted throughout our 14 night stay. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for a relaxing holiday. Our room, the bars, lobby and lounges and restaurants (food excellent), were extremely clean and comfortable. Lita on reception, on a scale from 1-10 you are an 11. We will be returning very soon.
Fantastic 7-day stay
Last night of a fantastic 7-day stay and we really don’t want to leave! You can see why this is rated 5 star. The location is perfect, right on the Beach front and within walking distance of the local town. The food and drinks are excellent, but what really makes this place special is the staff.
Amin from activities is brilliant and a real asset to Iberostar. Aliou on the terrace bar was fantastic, and housekeeping were great throughout our stay.
One thing I absolutely love is the monitored sunbed reservation system. It works brilliantly, so please don’t ever change it!
If I had to mention a couple of areas for improvement, our room is starting to look a little tired, and unfortunately we couldn’t get into the Teppanyaki restaurant. We understand it normally has 64 covers but was running at 32 during our stay, so it would be interesting to know if Star Prestige guests get priority with bookings.
Minor points in what has been an amazing holiday. We’ve had the best time and will definitely be back. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so special!
Phenomenal hotel in every way 👏🏾
Having spent 8 nights here in September, I can honestly say this hotel is absolutely fantastic! 🥰 I’ve stayed in a few 5-star hotels, but none of them have come close to being as brilliant as this one.
The food was absolutely mind-blowing! 🤤 So delicious, so fresh, and such an amazing variety. And the staff? Just incredible! So kind, welcoming, and attentive. Honestly, all you have to do is say “Ola” and someone appears at your table! ☺️❤️
The bar staff are so talented, and the drinks were insanely delicious. Every little detail made the experience special.
This holiday genuinely left me in tears when it was time to leave 🥹😭, and even now, I’m still sad that it’s over! That’s how special this place is.
A huge thank you to everyone for making my daughter’s and my holiday so unforgettable. You’ve given us memories that we’ll cherish forever. ❤️
And the best part? I’ve already booked my return! 🙌🏾😍

We have visited this hotel 7 times. It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The food is good, and both the rooms and the hotel itself are kept clean. The staff are kind and polite. The hotel’s beach is wonderful. We always feel comfortable here. Highly recommended! 💯
