Fantastic hotel, especially for families with older teens
We've stayed in numerous Iberostar Hotels in the Canary Islands over the years (Lanzarote & Tenerife) and this is our favourite. We are a family of 4 with two older boys(18 & 15). This hotel is ideal for couples, friends & families with older teens. If you're looking for a family holiday with younger kids that require lots of organised activities, I would recommend the sister hotel (right beside it). The hotel is about 1 hour 15 min taxi from the airport but worth the journey. The beach, the pools, the food & the staff were all top drawer. The only drawback we had was the receptionist wasn't great at check in. She provided very little information & seemed confused by the whole cheek in process. But I think we were just unlucky as the rest of the staff were great for the rest of our holiday.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right hotel for our honeymoon. It is absolutely gorgeous and honestly, I couldn’t fault a single thing.We stayed in a Star Prestige room and loved every benefit that came with it - it really made our holiday feel extra special. Everything about this hotel reflects its five-star standard, from the excellent service and friendly atmosphere to the fantastic choice and quality of the food.What really made our stay unforgettable though, was the incredible staff.They work tirelessly every day to male guests feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.They truly made us feel valued throughout our stay. The location is simply stunning with beautiful surroundings that make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We had such a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return.A huge thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Very good!
Amazing hotel! I stayed for 5 days and couldn’t fault it! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. There was lots of choice of food in the restaurant, was lots of options for vegetarian and vegan food as well. Lots of options for the all in live drinks and snacks as well.
