This family-friendly apartment complex is situated in the lovely fishing village of Morro Jable on the south coast of the popular holiday island of Fuerteventura. It features a pool, children's pool, snack bar, lobby bar and restaurant. The wonderful sandy beach is just a few minutes away; the harbour where there are ferry connections to the neighbouring island of Tenerife can be reached within a short stroll.

Location was ok. Not much to do when you leave the hotel. The sea front shops and some restaurants but not many to choose from. Only good thing was close to beach. Food at hotel was terrible. Cold, not much choice, what was cooked for lunch came out for dinner in the evening. The rooms are NOT air conditioned. When I booked this hotel it clearly said on their website air con. We arrived to fans. Wasn't told at check in that you need to purchase the remote controls for the fans. Didn't have a safe in the room. No hair dryer. All was stated on their website. Many complained about the air con. Now I can see this has been amended on their website. The pool life guard wouldn't let anyone move beds or chairs. No games or fun in the pool, no inflatables allowed. Not a fun hotel at all. I would say meeting some people on our short stay made the holiday enjoyable.
I was would say don't book if you want the below... *Not for kids. *Not for fun *No choice in food, it's cold and worse than hospital food. *No air con *Not very secure hotel. Gates left open and doors don't lock properly to your rooms.
food was really bad and mainly just rice and odd food not even pizzas for fussy eaters

Disappointing but expected
On arrival we were checked in quickly - staff were lovely and friendly. The room we were given did have air con and two ceiling fans, that randomly come on, however no controls available for these. The room we stayed in had recently been refurbished and was actually not too bad, very large and alot of wasted space.
Food - Started okay.. in the 5 days we stayed we managed to get 2 evening meals. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Lunch was pitiful. Most evenings the majority of the place would have chips or come in look what was available and go out for tea. Be prepared to spend money on eating out.
Pool - V small pool with minimal loungers. The pool doesn't open till 10. But if you aren't out by 10.30 no chance of getting a lounger. Only about 50 loungers for 100+ rooms.
Pool Bar - You must pay €1 per reusable cup at the pool bar. We had Yeti Thermal Cups with us so found this was a much better way to have drinks. Bar staff more than happy to fill them.
Entertainment - Twice weekly someone would sing at the bar in the evening... Pool entertainment during the day lasted a few hours, mainly aquafit.
Overall it isn't as terrible and some people make out, you absolutely get what you pay for. Don't expect 5* service in a 3* hotel.

Awful
Currently here now and I would strongly advise if you have children to not bring them here. No inflatables around the pool unless your child is Spanish then they are allowed the lady manning the pool is extremely miserable and has told us off for teaching our son how to swim we took his life jacket off to teach him how to swim properly she came over and told us that we have to put it back on him I have explained no I’m not I’ve explained we are on our holidays and so far we aren’t allowed a ball or an inflatable and how we aren’t allowed to teddy our own children how to swim in this pool it’s a complete joke
