Very nice hotel.would return. best to go all inclusive nothing really close by (would get expensive just going B/B) one thing ‘maybe evening dinner relaxing men having to wear long trousers for dinner’.. plenty of woman dressing in shorts for lunch/dinner🤔😖 (maybe change to no swim wear for dinner?)
What can I say about this hotel. Let’s start with the food. It is absolutely amazing, whether you choose the buffet restaurant or any of the à la carte restaurants. Even better, you can dine in the à la carte restaurants as many times as you like during your stay.
This is the first hotel where I genuinely feel the food deserves a perfect 10 out of 10.
The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and always happy to help. The rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels delivered once, sometimes twice a day. If you ever need anything, one quick call to reception is all it takes.
This is the first adults only hotel I have stayed at with my 16 year old son, and I can honestly say we would never go back to staying in a hotel with children. The atmosphere is so much more peaceful and relaxing.
I’ve read a few negative reviews about this hotel, but I would simply say to ignore them. In my opinion, this is a genuinely high end hotel. It’s within walking distance of the strip and the pier, where you can catch a ferry to Lanzarote for a day trip and a change of scenery.
If you’re planning a visit to Fuerteventura, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It offers outstanding food, exceptional service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Had a great time at this hotel. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a very relaxed holiday. Staff were helpful & friendly and the hotel was spotless. Only thing to note is that men are required to wear long trousers for evening dining. This isn’t something we were aware of before the trip and we booked with love holidays. My partner didn’t bring any so we just ended up eating outside of the hotel in the evenings. Other than that cannot fault we had an amazing holiday and I would recommend!
We had a lovley holiday bed and breakfast to be honest the breakfast was cold and it could of done with a microwave
The hotel was good but could do with a little updated the staff was amazing so friendly especially the spa
I would definitely go back
Lovely hotel, we had a lovely modern room and very spacious on the 2nd floor. You didn't need to wear a wrist band they just asked for your room number. staff really friendly, prompt service. Good choice of food in the resturants would recommened booking the al' carte. Some of the cocktails I found really sweet so asked at the bar for less sweet cocktails. We went end of june and a couple of nights were bit chilly so recommened something to cover your arms. About 30 mins walk into town where the shops and resturants are. We arrived to find our room had a no smoking room sign up so couldn't smoke on the balcony as no ashtray present. Can't smoke on the sun loungers had to go to the designated smoking areas around the hotel although they were close to the loungers. Evening entertainment was average could have been better the rock and ball club was closed out of use. Had singers, voilin, guitar and piano players so no disco, DJ dance floor or stage entertainment more of a relaxed vibe if that is your thing. Had no problem getting a sun lounger anytime of day always some avaliable. They rope off the pool area until 9am which then opens to get your loungers. Men had to wear trousers for dinner in the resturants. There was pink mould in the bathroom on the art work over the bath and around the art work around the toilet area.
