Love this location but hotel needing updated
This hotel is in a great location, good choice of food, hard working staff but feel it’s let down by not having had upgrade for quite some time, especially in the annex area. We visited over 10 years ago and didn’t see much change which I was disappointed with

First day was great it was a Sunday got a couple of sunbeds no problem come monday things changed all sunbeds around both pools had towels on them by 8am and were left like that untill late in the afternoon ,so you either get up at 7am or dont get a sunbed , yes hotel is dated worst thing with our room in the main hotel was the smell of the room and we found out why when you put the aircon on it dripped and made the carpet wet , was told hotel was full so could not change rooms , food does get very repetitive you wont starve . Saving grace was their cocktail bar , would I return probably not

Our favourite hotel on Fuertaventurra
Our 6th visit to this hotel , it’s like a home from home for us. The staff are fantastic and very professional and always helpful. Property is getting older but prevented by government from making any structural changes for a few years now. We stay in the annex rooms and cannot fault them for size, facilities and cleanliness. Bar staff are ultra friendly and appreciate the occasional tip which we usually do most nights. The swimming pools are great and if you avoid peak season then not a problem getting subbed. Location is right on the best beach on the island and only 1.6 euro each way by bus into Corellejo or 8 Euros by taxi. We will be returning again next year

Great hotel , Great staff
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is set in the most beautiful location, right next to a stunning sandy beach, which was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday.
The food in the restaurants was excellent, with plenty of fresh, delicious options and a great variety to choose from every day.
The hotel rooms and décor are a little dated, but they were spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, cleaning and tidying the rooms every day.
The entertainment team was brilliant, and my son absolutely loved the nursery and the kids’ disco in the garden every evening. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday.
