The family-friendly Playa Park Zensation is in the northeast of Fuerteventura - a popular destination due to its white sand beaches and typically warm weather. Set in the resort town of Corralejo, Playa Park Zensation is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, and it's a short walk to the nearest beach. The hotel's modern buildings are Spanish in style. They sit in tree-lined gardens surrounding the pool area.
The nearest city centre with bars, restaurants and shops can be reached in around 20 minutes walking distance (1,5 km) from Playa Park Zensation. The nearest sandy beach is approx. 800 m away. And the popular beach ”Las Dunas” can be reached in approx. 2,5 km. A shuttle service operates daily from a bus station approx. 300 m from the hotel. From Corralejo, boat trips leave for Lobos Island, where you can go snorkelling in clear waters. Down the coast from the hotel, you'll find Corralejo Natural Park, a protected coastal area with a rugged volcanic landscape in the south.
You can take a day trip to Fuerteventura's capital, Puerto del Rosario, found on the island's east coast. Here, there are shops and boutiques to browse in the pedestrianised areas, or you can admire the outdoor sculptures. At the beaches of Playa Chica or Playa Blanca you can go swimming, or relax with a drink in a bar looking out to the Atlantic while watching the surfers.

Great Holiday at Zensation
Arrived home early hours this morning and couldn't wait to write my review, We arrived at playa park zensation late evening on the 30/8/26 for 10 nights. We were met with big smiles and a bigger welcome by reception team, They checked us in quickly and had a bag of snacks ready for us, Very impressed with the key band system. Our room was in the Zensation block, Room was spotless and comfy, Houskeeing did a great job every day. Pools were always clean and inviting, used the rooftop a few times, Restaurant and food amazing, (we love Andre ) , The bar staff lovely and friendly, Special mention to the Al a carte restaurant absolutely amazing quality, The Entertainment crew! Gino and George did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained throughout the day and into the evening, Some great Acts on also, Overall the was a lovely hotel and we had a great time, We met some Amazing people during our stay And would definitely go again, Thankyou for a 5 star fantastic holiday experience. Wonderful stay
Very surprised with how lovely this hotel was. Upon arrival, they noticed we had my elderly mother in a wheelchair so switched us rooms to an accessible one before we had even entered the building. The room was huge. With 2 separate sleeping areas. With it being an accessible room we had a massive wetroom with large, separate toilet room. There was a safe and fridge in the room. Of a morning the sun was in the balcony where we enjoyed looking over the pool and of an evening it was out the front of the room where lovely sofas were provided to take in the gorgeous landscapes. You are spoilt for choice with pools here. Quite a large shallow one with a mushroom shaped fountain for the younger children. A large pool with easy access with 2 different fountains. The third pool has a slide, easy steps into it then it drops deeper. There is also an infinity pool on the roof top but we felt we didn’t need to use this as had so much fun around the downstairs pools. Sunbeds wars were never an issue. We always got the three needed for us - but we did go in the first week of September. There is a lovely large bar area by the pool with plenty of padded seats and where music is played early evening. Outside by the pool is also a pool table and ping pong. The entertainment team are fabulous and fun. They work very hard all day and there are lots of laughs to be had. Of an evening they are still on the go, providing bingo, a quiz, kids club and then a band. Food was lovely with plenty of choice and staff are very on the ball taking away plates and making sure the area is kept clean and tidy. This hotel was very different to any hotel we’ve stayed in before but have to say it’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!
Amazing 10 day holiday!
Check in - absolutely fabulous check in. Super easy and as we arrived late and after dinner they gave us a little food bag to keep us going for the evening. Our holiday bands had a little card on them which allowed us to get in the room so didn’t need to carry a key.
Room/facilities - absolutely fantastic room, we stayed in the room with the kitchen and the jacuzzi on the terrace. We didn’t know we were getting the jacuzzi but it was definitely used and welcomed! We used the gym every morning which was good for a hotel gym - cable machine, multi machine, free weights and branch, accessories (bands, pads, rollers etc) and some cardio equipment (treadmill, rowing machine, air bike). Not air conned but there is a fan and the doors open provide a breeze enough for the session.
Food/drink - food was very varied every night with the same basics (chips, pizza, pasta) as a given. Fresh omelettes were great. A mix of meats available each night and there was a menu for lunch and dinner available online and on a screen inside which was helpful. We used the à la carte for one night - would definitely recommend the steak and the swordfish they were lovely. Food suitable for everyone - they have an extensive allergy list available.
Staff/entertainment - everyone we came into contact was very pleasant and helpful. Bar staff and food staff were always friendly and smiling. A great entertainment schedule which again, was available on the website. There were games around the pool daily and both entertainment guys went above and beyond daily to bring people together and create some fun. There is live music every evening before/during the meal and bingo, a quiz and evening entertainment every night.
We were able to have a slightly later checkout but due to it being booked by the next guests, we had to leave by 1 but were able to shower in the spa.
Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!
What a great time we all had
We had a brilliant time and a really good break could not fault the place and atmosphere the service was second to none the rooms were kept spotless every day and the staff were really helpful. Especially the afternoon games team Jorge and Gino kept me and my grandson Stephanos busy most afternoons thanks. Also last but not least very good value. Thanks again for a lovely time
FABULOUS, FANTASTIC, PHENOMENAL
FABULOUS…… this hotel is phenomenal and definitely one that I would compare to a boutique hotel. Our experience from before we got there was fantastic. The assistant manager Dan was very professional and helpful in organising the necessary arrangements for making my daughter’s birthday celebrations awesome.
The staff of the hotel are awesome from reception staff to waiters and waitresses as well as the cleaning staff. This place is a rare gem and I must say that the bar staff are so amazing. Gino and George with the entertainment team were fabulous and made our stay fun and full of excitement . Can’t wait to come back…..
