It’s alright - keep expectations low
Stayed here for 9 nights, had a fairly refurbished room compared to other family members. In a great location, staff are friendly…just don’t expect 4-5 star luxury. 150 euro deposit which was returned at the end no problems. Towels were changed I think only 2 or 3 times although not a problem drying them.
Never had a problem with cockroaches or insects like some other reviews mention. However, Wifi was poor and inconsistent.

Excellent location, close enough to everything. lovely spacious well equipped apartments, nice pool, plenty of sunbeds, another sun terrace and a nice secluded quieter area to sunbath. Will definitely come back
Maxorata Corralejo
Its not the Ritz but then again your not paying Ritz prices. The rooms are big & spotless though some could do with a little attention. Staff are really friendly especially the cleaning staff. There's a lovely poolside cafe/bar (only open during the day) they sell large btls of water for 2.50 so no need to carry from the supermarket. Handy complex for the mainstream. Some apartments have a lot of stairs so if you can't manage make sure to ask for ground level.. You'll love it

Disgusting and unsanitary
I am here now and being told I broke a shower base when it was broken when I arrived the family suite has had numerous cockroaches small and large in drawers and under the shower plate refusing to listen to us. Our sheets and towels havent been changed in 7 days its disgusting . I will not be back and I wouldnt reccomend it to anyone with a family Isis on the front desk accused us in the wrong and refused to listen to us I was afraid to let my young child use the shower or anyone out of fear of someone being injured. Disgraceful the curtains have holes the bedding is old and also has small holes in them they mop the floors and call it clean just to take your money. Disgraceful I also reported wasps nest and it still there .

Better places to stop
Disappointed with this apartment , no kettle for 3 days after asking , handy man kept saying use pan on stove , Cockroaches in room asked cleaner for more toilet roll she said not on list manager was more helpful , then been asking to keep room on daily for late check out was told each time ask on last day. Asked on last day cannot have yet neighbour next door got it free because she Complained , receptionist said we can sit in pool bar for 4 hours with are cases if we buy food drink , got extra list and photos to report once home
