Lovely holiday
Just got back after a lovely 2 weeks. The rooms are basic but very large loads of space . The pool isn’t the biggest but is adequate enough but they don’t allow inflatables, there’s plenty of sunbeds a lovely pool bar that is reasonably priced .
Great location within walking distance to main strip and to the beach.
The cleaners were lovely and thorough came in every other day , changed towels and bedding once a week.
The rooms have no air con but you can purchase fans from reception think there £12 for the week .
Cockroach problem isn’t an issue we only saw a couple and we were in a downstairs apartment.
On arrival you have to pay a £150 deposit and in return they give you a kettle and tv remote. If you have an early pick up on your return journey and you’ve paid your deposit in euro you have to go to reception the night before after 6pm to collect it and return kettle and remote and there’s a post box on gate where to put your apartment key , the reception desk doesn’t open till 8am .

Perfect Holiday
The transfer was a bit long but when we got to the Hotel we were pleasantly surprised. Lunch was available on our arrival, lots to choose from & all fresh. Our room was a great size modern & clean. We paid extra for a sea view & that didn’t disappoint. All 3 pools were lovely & clean with plenty of sun beds. Pool par had pizza burgers salad etc perfect for pool side snacking. Entertainment was good & our daughter loved the kids disco. Great atmosphere too. Our son loved playing pool & air hockey. The Beach is 5mins walking distance & also very clean with crystal clear water.
Would definitely return & recommend to others.

FAMILY HOLIDAY
Great location, located just off the main strip. With nice and friendly staff. We booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms and a terrace and balcony next to the pool. It was very clean and fresh, the whole place was looked after at it should be. Only had breakfast at the pool bar a couple of times so couldn't say about the rest of the food but breakfast was very good. The pool is salt water but its not as salty as some other hotels based in the same area. To sum it all up, its great for families and couples and I will definitely be back, thank you

Shocking .
5 days in our holiday here still complaining over towels disgusting if we hadent of complained today we still wouldnt of had clean towels or clean sheets. And to put the cherry on the cake yesterday morning we seen the cleaner put her mopbucket in the pool where people have to get in there. She then started cleaning the pool area cross contamination straight away but thats acceptable also no wet floor signs put out honestley these appartments are all about money its a joke. We was told yesterday if we want any more towels there will be a charge one towel per person when thers 4 of us .And the cheek of £150 for what thers nothing in these appartments worth breaking there that dated and scruffy we have bern coming corralejo for years never seen anything like it will never come back here again .And were not snobs disgusting.

Location wise it was great. Ina quite area but only a few minutes walk from the main strip also a few minutes walk from the beach. The complex was clean throughout from reception to the pool area and all of the walkways. The rooms are basic but again were kept clean and though I was expecting a double bed rather than 2 singles it was comfortable to sleep on. The staff I had dealings with were very nice. But what let this place down was we had to ask for clean bed linen after 4days. Signposted for towel changes twice a week but again had to ask for clean ones. Also wasn't aware we had to hire almost everything. We knew about the security deposit( strange if you pay cash you get it there and then you pay by card you have already left the country before you get it back) but we had to pay for a fan(which was useless) an iron, a TV remote, an ashtray and a safe. Some of the sunbeds need to be upgraded. The WiFi was terrible during the whole stay. So bad we had to get it "fixed" on day 2.
