A great stay…..
Spent 14 nights here with the Mrs and 17yr old son, we had the one bed self catering apartment (2134) overlooking the crazy golf, rooms are a bit dated with NO air conditioning just big fans on the ceiling of the bedroom and living room I thought they were fine but the Mrs wasn’t pleased but I believe this is common in corralejo unless your hotel is modern, the sofa bed was not very big for our young lad but he didn’t complain, kitchen has all you need but we bought bigger cups for our morning coffees there’s an onsite shop that’s not too expensive and a big supermarket 10 mins walk away.Rooms cleaned every 2/3 days with towel changes. The beautiful grounds are kept in excellent condition with the guys working everyday to keep it that way you really need to have a good walk around to appreciate the work they do as every wee corner is different. There are 2 large pools where any size of float goes and a decent sized baby pool we never had a problem with getting beds but if your not up before 9 you might struggle there is a staff member going around most mornings removing towels etc if people aren’t using them,I’m not sure why but on our second wk the pools were being taped off at night until around 9-30 next morning not sure if this was for cleaning or to keep people out maybe both. Played the crazy golf a few times and it’s really good especially as it’s free. As we were self catering we didn’t eat there apart from a lunch and breakfast at the pool bar and have no complaints about the food in there at all it’s really tasty with friendly service. My only complaint about the bar and cafe is that you can’t pay as you go they take your room number and it’s added to your bill when you leave or you can pay it on the day or whenever at reception. There’s a room with showers if you have a late flight time as we did and it’s kept just the same as the rest of the hotel spotless. There’s an onsite laundry room which is very reasonable and very handy. Any staff we dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. It’s roughly an easy 10mins walk to top of the main strip where all the bars etc start.
I was worried a bit by some other reviews after I had booked this hotel but trust me if it was bad I would say there was nobody stealing or trying to break in no filthy swimming pools or rude staff..

If your at the golf end look out for the wee ginger cat who’s very friendly and if your in 2134 I apologise as we fed him every day so he might just walk in as he did with us…….

Lovely Aparthotel but no A/C.
We stayed at Las Marismas for 10 nights. Accommodation was lovely. The only fault was there was no air conditioning and we stayed during a heatwave so it made nighttime very uncomfortable. We booked bed & breakfast which was great. A good selection of hot food (fried eggs and omelette made on request), pork sausages, beans some mushrooms etc. yoghurts, cereals, meats & cheeses, breads and fresh fruit. Pools were lovely and clean. Pool bar served foot and drinks fail and very reasonable. Shop on site had anything you would need. I would recommend this Aparthotel for families. We were a family of 5 so had to book two apartments but they were side by side.

Awful
I would not recommend this hotel. The staff are rude. There is rubbish everywhere, the pool was cleaned twice in ten days. Our bedding was not changed one since we were there. The all inclusive is not with it you get cocktails from a machine that taste awful that was not stated when you book. Definitely not worth the money. We spoke to the staff and done nothing about it.
Great experience
What a wonderful 2 weeks I spent with the family, beautiful hotel , always clean and very friendly staff. Special highlights to Ana in the restaurant and the manager I don't remember his name always making sure we was looked after. Diego in the bar in the evening was like a an octopus serving everyone under pressure but always with a smile and a joke, Nazaret in the pool bar always very busy and always with a smile serving everyone. The food was always fresh and tasty to my liking, I really can't find a fault that would matter with this hotel . Thank you from all family

Excellent chilled out holiday
Location - Excellent location about 7 minutes walk to the main strip. Rooms - Large rooms with all the kitchen utensils that you need. Room was cleaned most days while we were there for 10 nights. Beds were comfy and the screens on the doors are brilliant to let the cool air through during the night which worked well with ceiling fans and air con was not needed. Excellent shower and good to have some bathroom essentials like shampoo and shower gel. Staff - Very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Pools - Never had an issue with getting a sunbed no matter what time we went round the pool. All pools are heated which was great as it can be a little chilly with the wind. Clean tidy area round the pools, kids pool was alot quieter. The grounds are kept clean tidy and are lovely and the staff work very hard tending to them. No need to worry about check out if you have a late flight you can request for a later check out which is better to do when you arrive or there is a room to leave your cases and you can still use all the facilities in the hotel or go out for the day. Never had an issue the whole time we stayed it was perfect and would definitely stay here again.
