😡😡😡😡😡OMG what a night mare STAY AWAY from this hotel , Myself my sister and 2 friends went there for my friends birthday , Julie and me had our money stolen on the 17th of June from the room we had our money in a locked case that was broken into they stole 1000 euros and £660 . Not sure how they did it but the case was still locked and no breakage , we went to report this to reception they literally were not interested , they said they had cctv. But was unable to look at it as it was over the weekend and no management y until after we go home on the Monday morning, we did go to report it to the police and got a crime reference but not sure what will become of that but will be showing our Insurance companies, it was very stressful and totally ruined our holiday which is an understatement , when I stated this review, I noticed there was also someone else put a review saying similar happened to them but whilst they were sleeping how awful , Please stay away . ☹️☹️☹️☹️
fantastic hotel great location the staff are very helpful and friendly rooms are very clean, plenty of pools suitable for all the family and have a cat cafe on site
Really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments are large and clean and we had plenty of towel changes. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. The pool area and grounds are lovely, spotless and pools are heated. Few loungers are broken around the pool, should be replaced. The entertainers every evening were great and very talented. The food isn't great, we had dinner one evening to try it and im glad we weren't all inclusive. Location is perfect, you can walk to shops etc within a few minutes. Overall a great stay just wouldn't bother eating there.
The resort is older, but not in a bad way, it's been well kept over the years and has a certain charm and decent pool and pool bar. The rooms are old skool, but perfectly good and clean but have 1 major problem, which I'll cover later..
The staff we have met have all been great, with the only issue on this front being the time taken to check in, after a 4 hour plus flight, 35 mins on a bus transfer, the last thing you want is to stand in a check in queue with only 3 people in front of you and it takes over 25 mins! The process is very out dated, asking for name address and email, all things you already have with my booking... This could have been super streamlined.
The evening entertainment was a music act each night, all were good singers, but particularly great was the "Funk up" 4 man band - they were epic.
Ok, onto the areas that must be improved, and both revolve around temperature!
Things that are hot that need to be cooler, the rooms! There is no air-conditioning only ceiling fans, and they just don't cut it! Every night was like sleeping in a sweatbox even leaving doors wide open.. this must be upgraded if this hotel wants to house customers in the warmer months, I'd even pay a slightly higher rate for this.
Things that are cold that need to be hotter, the food, yes it's an all inclusive style buffet, but nearly everything from breakfast lunch and dinner was luke warm at best, it's gives me the fear letting my daughter eat a breakfast sausage not knowing if it's been properly cooked. The hotplates where the food sits were just not "hotplating" as well as they should be.
Overall it's a lovely resort, but if the weather is nice, there is literally nowhere to escape the heat, it's crying out for a nice cool air-conditioned room to retire to each night and get a good sleep ready for the next day, as it stands I'm going home knackered and looking forward to some heavy rain in Scotland and 10c and that's not how a holiday should end, hence only 3 stars!
Love this location, rooms and all areas spotless, breakfast great. Pool bar food very good but service a bit haphazard when busy...not enough staff 🙄 Most of the reception staff very helpful. No air con and pool areas get very busy but wouldn't put us off coming back
