Good value for money excellent location
Just returned from this hotel, overall we had a great time. Food was good, good variety for breakfast, dinner n tea, we always found something to eat, there was steak on salmon, couldn't fault it.
Drinks was good.
Entertainment was hit n miss sometimes but still watchable
Some parts of hotel needs maintaining but does not affect ur stay if ur looking for faults.
Good value for money and we would return again.
Winding down for the refurb.
Came in February and we loved it - great location (thank goodness) - could see a huge change since we were here 8 months ago. Room was grim, grotty, filthy doors and although the bedding was clean the underskirt and curtains were disgusting. The poolside restaurant was no longer in use and just the main restaurant downstairs was operating. Food was no where near as plentiful as it was and chipped plates, grotty place mats and dirty tables just shouts they are winding down and updating anything would not be worthwhile before the refurb. Great location though so easy to walk to music square and get decent food and drinks elsewhere. Luckily we were only in a mini break - would be gutted if it had been for longer.

Great family trip
We stayed here for a week with my partner and 10 month old son.
Lovely hotel, couldn’t be better location as you are right on the Main Street in Corralejo.
Breakfast was lovely, lunch was okay but dinner was a bit repetitive so we ate out a few nights just for a change of scenery/food. Staff are fantastic too, can’t do enough for you.
Our deluxe double room was lovely, air con was great and was great size for us three.
The atmosphere was nice, no one being rowdy or too loud, probably was the time of year we went but was perfect for us with the baby.
The hotel was always clean and the value for money is brilliant. We would definitely return.

Have a great time
Not a 4star, a bit tired, so I would say a 3star, had to pay deposit for pool towels, expected, but they wanted 1 euro for each change of towel, and 1 euro deposit for plastic cup at pool bar, not what you expect at a 4 star, the food was a good standard but limited in variety, The room was a good size, but again tired, the fault I reported was done very quickly Staff are friendly The location was great the area, close to shops, bars etc We did have a good holiday, so, as long as you don't have very high expectations, you will enjoy yourself
Great week spent at this lovely hotel.
We have recently spent a week at this lovely hotel. I really cannot understand the poor reviews that some people have given. We had a lovely big room. cleaned every day. We did ask for mattress toppers which I had previously read about and we had them straight away. Never a problem to get a sunbed, lovely pools. Found the music round the main pool too loud sometimes but there is a quiet pool. Easy walking distance to main town and beach. Near bus stop for sand dunes, Food was good, always found something nice to eat. Walked into town at night so can't really comment on the entertainment, could do with more tables and chairs to watch though. I don't know why some people object to paying a deposit for a towel or a euro to change it! Or being asked to pay a refundable euro for a reusable cup! We took our own! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
