It could be so much better.
Second stay from January 2026 (which was fabulous). I had previously emailed the hotel months before we went to upgrade my room and had a reply saying it was all booked for me! I even asked how to pay and had a reply saying no problem, pay on arrival. On arrival, to our surprise, we hadn't been upgraded at all, even though their paperwork said we were, but they said it was fully booked, so no chance? We were given our wrist bands and told to get the room key at 3, but it wasn't ready until 430 in the end. We found that the hotel has gone downhill since January. Foodwise, more than anything, in January the downstairs restaurant was open every evening, but not now only on the weekend. Pool areas are not very well looked after and definitely not properly cleaned daily. Also, there are only around 7 umbrellas, so many people, especially with children, have no shade. Seems to be a big staff shortage, and what they have got to do are very long, tiresome days and nights. Even though the location is perfect for us, we will probably look elsewhere in the future. Such a shame, as we thought we'd found a great place.

Very good resort, close to shops for an evening walk
Hi very good resort, meals were good, always a selections of meats and fish and fresh pizzas, bbq night very good, rooms clean every day , staff were very good will go again in the future.
A great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend and visit again! All of the staff in all areas were super friendly and helpful. The room was huge and very clean, the bed was firm but very comfy. The food was delicious and there were different things everyday, plenty of fish and vegetarian options all served hot and fresh. Some of the reviews are negative and I cannot see why. On occasion they have chicken nuggs and onion rings but honestly if you want fried crap there’s a burger king across the road, go there. The food was fresh & delicious with different meat and veggie options every day ribs, pork, nachos, fajitas, fresh fish, so much choice!
There are 2 pools, one near the bar which is busier and has music. The floor of the pool is uneven and quite shallow. The second pool is at the back between the rooms, still a good distance to the bar however it was quieter and the pool was nicer. All inclusive bar was great with a good selection of alcohol and soft drinks, you do need to pay €1 to get a plastic cup but not an issue. There is entertainment on an evening and kids club.
The hotel is located just off of the main strip of Corralejo which has a wide range of bars, shops & beach front bars. 30 min walk from the harbour where you can get boat tours. We did the 1hr Lobos island and snorkle tour (which is actually about 3 hours so worth it). Popcorn beach is only 20 mins away so worth a visit again google it’s easy to find. There is a small shopping centre, a market and a music centre. I would recommend the restaurant Oriental Corralejo if you like chinese and sushi but there are some gorgeous tapas bars.
Anyways, deffos worth a visit! Thank you to all of the staff for everything and thank you for providing us a perfect holiday!

A fabulous week
What a fabulous holiday. The staff were the most hard working people, so kind and caring. From reception staff, cleaning staff, bar and waiters and maintenance staff. The hotel room is lovely and spacious with a gorgeous balcony. Bathroom was spotless. Our room was cleaned every day which was very impressive.
The food was 10 out of 10 for us. Always something for everyone. Live cooking every night which was delicious. Friday night is BBQ night which is a real treat. Would be nice if the downstairs restaurant was open more and not just on weekends.
Pool is brilliant with the most friendly pool bar staff. Snacks then are served from the restaurant which is a lovely touch, nachos, hot dogs, salads, sandwiches and cakes.
Entertainment is not great. The 2 people doing it aren't very enthusiastic and every day can be hit and miss. We had 2 days where they didnt come round asking if we wanted to join in a game. Music comes on at 12 and turned off at 3. The hotel has so much potential for a really good entertainment programme but need lively and enthusiastic staff to run it. There was one day that the hotel did a pool party and that was great fun, it was run from an outside company and not the entertainment staff. There was a day that dinosaurs came round the pool, that was very good for kids and another day Mike and Sully from Monsters Inc came round the pool. Night time is your usual shows, good fun if there is a crowd.

Perfect Getaway
We had an amazing week at Bahia de Lobos! The location is perfect and within walking distance to town, beaches and music square. The big beach Grandes Playas is a 10 minute taxi ride away and definitely worth a visit for miles of white sand and clear sea.
Our room was a great size and cleaned spotless everyday. Some parts like the bathroom wall were a little run down but it really didn’t affect our holiday.
The all inclusive food and drinks were great. There was always something to eat for picky eaters and they would do something different each night such as bbq on Friday! You could self serve beer, wine and soft drinks during the day. There was also a cocktail of the day for AI.
The pools were great, always sun beds at the busy pool but they do need to invest in some more parasols as they get reserved immediately. The UV is strong to be sat there for hours without one!
The staff were all amazing from reception to cleaners to servers. Big shout out to Yahya who was always smiling and brought great vibes!
There’s a good mix of people there including and couples and families and groups of friends. It was lively and everyone was having a good time.
The entertainment wasn’t great but you can sit and have the AI drinks before heading to music square.
Overall a great holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return- Bonus points for the resident cats !
