What a hotel!
What a wonderful holiday! We went with Jet2 and this was our third visit to this hotel, although we had never been in the Summer before. Everything was a delight We couldn't immediately get into our room, though this was dealt with as fast as possible - and what does one expect when the plan arrives early? The Bar was open and we enjoyed a lovely meal and a drink as we waited. When we got in there, the room was beautifully clean and set up for us. We had a first floor apartment overlooking the pool, with afternoon sunshine. This made it perfect for drying towels etc. and nicely warm for a cooler breakfast out on the balcony The Hotel staff are excellent. there was a slight hiccup with Wi-Fi in the early stages, but the (very hardworking) maintenance men came and re-booted for us and it was steady and reliable for the rest of our stay. The little supermarket is idea for basic needs and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Especial mention must be made of Jorge in the bar - what a showman! Lovely guy -and very chatty and friendly. All in all we thoroughly recommend this hotel - one of our really splendid holidays.

Lovely holiday better than I expectedd
After reading some of the negative reviews about these apartments I wasnt looking forward to my stay. I have to say that these apartmemts are great a bit dated but room was clean. I was on ground floor apartment had no issues with ants or cockroaches as some of other reviews stated this was a issue. The pools were great (it was bit cold) plenty of sun loungers. Snack bar food was very good and staff where great. I only spoke to 2 off the reception staff they were both friendly and happy to help. Theres a supermarket on site which was great for the essentials. The only real negative I had was no Air Con but I did know this before going was able to hire a fan 15 pound for the week which I though was a reasonable price.
A truly amazing holiday
Myself and my family visit this complex twice a year and think it’s amazing the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and have all the utensils to make food if you want to. The staff are polite and very helpful and Bryan the manager will do anything he can to make your stay perfect he always goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is memorable and as perfect as it can be. The shops and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away where food and drink are plentiful we have already booked up for 2 holidays in 2027 and can’t wait to meet the staff and Bryan again

Wouldn’t stay again
The location was spot on as was the pool and Danny’s pool bar. The only let down was that we stayed for 2 weeks and our apartment wasn’t cleaned once. We had to collect our own bedding and change it ourselves.

Cheerful and Friendly
Nice location easy for Town, Harbour and Local transport and Parking , Very relaxed and friendly Atmosphere, Rooms basic but clean and well attended by very friendly Staff, reception are friendly helpful and informative. Three pools ( one children’s ) with pool bar serving drinks and snacks from 8-7 every day , good food & drinks, friendly staff. Evening bar 7- late with entertainment, all in all a charming traditional Apartment Hotel , prices very reasonable , cheerful and well run
