hotel staff are thieves, DO NOT stay here!
DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel staff stole €100 euros and £20 from my purse in a locked room that only they, myself and my friend had access to. The day before, my purse was moved and had clearly been opened. A group of boys opposite us had €200 taken from their room on their first day. When alerting staff they did not seem to care and acted like this was normal and it wasn’t their problem. I had to call the police and walk 45 minutes to the station to make a report in order to try and claim my money back which I still haven’t got back. Also the safe in my room did not work!
Good holiday but…
This is our 2nd visit to this hotel, 1st visit no issues had the best time, the latest visit was a different story.. pool area and staff are amazing, reception amazing also, our rooms and service was the problem, ants!! Ants everywhere, in our clothing, beds and we couldn’t use the kitchen area because they would infest in minutes. Room was serviced once during our stay, we had to ask reception for clean towels and basics for our room. Just outside our hotel room was dirty and not cleaned at all.
We had a good holiday in general just a shame about the rest.
Rooms not as advertised dull dated and not great
Rooms are not as seen in the pictures they are very tired and outdated and you have to go to reception for clean sheets and towels and make your own bed , the area around the hotel its self is dirty but pool facilities and bar is good , i wouldnt be coming back its not great and no i wouldnt recommend it

Pros - *Pool area lovely, plenty sunbeds available *Pool Bar amazing food and staff *Hotel Bar, lovely lad behind bar live act every night. *Supermarket well stocked so lovely fresh pastries in the morn. *Had a sea facing room lovely breeze and views.
Cons *Room wasnt "dated" was dirty. Bedrooms and beds were clean but living area, kitchen and bathroom was rotten. Doors and doorframes filthy.
- had to clean poo off the bottom of wall next to toilet.
*INFESTED with ants which meant we couldnt have food in the room as a single crumb would bring them out in force. Had to put coffee and sugar in zip lock bags and hang them off the cupboard door. They even managed to get into the fridge. I had a lollypop in my bag from a restaurant one night the next morn my bag was crawling. As we arrived late at night only noticed them the next morning after leaving food packets on the side overnight. Reception wasnt interested so had to buy some gel from the shop which did nothing. *steps going upto room and surrounding walkways dont think have ever seen a brush.
- balcony floor full of previous occupants hair etc.
- apart from a lovely lady called Yuli reception staff extremely unhelpful and miserable.
- asked for late checkout but was told no as all rooms were booked. We went on booking.com and rooms were still available.
I am not a hotel snob and can put up with dirt to a certain extent. But when the kitchen sides,cupboards and floors are crawling literally with ants. Thats my limit.
Lovely holiday
Great holiday. Jorge and Amir at the bars are fantastic. Watch out for the messures lol. Lovely breakfast too. Would return
