Stayed here for 8 nights but wouldent say it was a 4 star hotel as ive stayed in cleaner, modern 4 start hotels and for less money.

Good Points

Excellent location Most of Staff very friendly Evening entertainment is ok nothing amazing Food is ok aslong as your not a fussy eater they do theme nights We went to Mumma Mia for a meal and that was nice. Drink in all inclusive are good Snack bar is restaurant themed which we was keen on but then liked the idea as it saves food waste and everything is freshly cooked.

Bad points

Rooms need some love We reported that the tv had 2 lines going down the screen and it was impacting the viewing but the hotel didn't do anything about it as we was told it probably wont be fixed or changed during our stay. Airicon wouldent cool the room down as cold as I would of liked. Bathrooms need ripping out and starting again, toilet continually flushing with water going down the back of pan, limescale in it too. Shower leaked so bad both the unit and cubical as the door wasnt the right size which resulted in flooding the bathroom after every shower main shower head was filthy and dusty on top and the sink worktop had been repaired multiple times. The mirror was all rusty along the bottom.

The bed i found comfy the first night but thats probably from being tired from travelling all day but after that i could feel springs all night. Sofa was very dirty and stained.

Just returned this week , I have to agree with the comments that this is definitely NOT 4 star. On arrival late at night our room smelt of stagnant water , didn’t unpack our bags as I was going to speak to management in the morning, To be fair in the morning the smell seemed to have gone ( my husband thought something to do with air conditioning ) as when we didn’t have it on we noticed it didn’t smell . The beds are ridiculously uncomfortable, my son (16) had the sofa bed - have never experienced something so uncomfortable to sleep on - was as hard as anything. The food in the hotel is definitely NOT 4 stars - the breakfast are not too bad and has good coffee machines. Considering they offer all inclusive the options are not all inclusive standard- it’s ver basic and very minimum. The drinks they offer in the hotel are all really good - good wines , cava and cocktails . We only did 7 nights and after eating there twice decided to eat out for the rest of the week because I couldn’t eat anymore of the food that was on offer. I would only recommend bed and breakfast at this hotel - you can easy walk into town and the harbour where we ate in some really nice places and wasn’t expensive. I have never complained about any holidays in my 30+ years but feel this one will be justified when I complain to jet2, if it was cheap I would have half expected it but it was far from cheap. We also asked for a late check out on our room 2nd day into our holiday - said to check the day before it had been granted - I did - was then told had to check after 12pm - which I did and it had been refused . Not very good customer service at all.

There are some really good aspects of this hotel, the quiet pool area was lovely, with plenty of sun beds. But we were really unhappy with our room unfortunately. We had booked a suite with a garden view but it actually overlooked a busy road. As we were at the end of the building, we had no shade and the balcony was pretty much unusable. The room itself was nice, and fairly clean but we had the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. We asked to move rooms but were told this would cost over 200 euros. On arrival our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait until after 3PM for this. I’ve never experienced this before. The quality of the food was variable and it was often lukewarm or over cooked. There was a lot of repetition as well. The breakfast choices were the same every day and the cooked food wasn’t good. The worst thing though was the coffee which was utterly vile! Most of the staff were really pleasant and friendly and the location is good. Apart from the traffic noise it was pretty quiet
