Lovely experience
We stayed here unexpectedly after our flight was cancelled due to air traffic control issues, so we arrived feeling extremely stressed, upset and unsure of what was going to happen.
But the three wonderful ladies on reception though out the day were absolutely amazing.They went above and beyond to help us, not just with the hotel but with everything they possibly could to make a very difficult situation easier for us.
What really stood out was that they were more helpful, caring and supportive than the travel company who had booked our holiday. They genuinely listened to us, took the time to help and went out of their way when they really didn’t have to.
When you’re already stressed and stranded somewhere unexpectedly, having people who show genuine kindness makes such a difference. These three ladies were an absolute credit to the hotel and deserve to be recognised for the way they looked after us.
We honestly couldn’t thank them enough.What started as a very stressful and disappointing situation was made so much more bearable because of them.
Thank you to the three amazing ladies on reception — you were absolutely fantastic and we won’t forget your kindness. ❤️

Lovely place shame about the cockroaches
This is a great complex and like previous reviewers the staff are brilliant. Pool area is lovely and not too busy while we were there so we always managed to get a bed when we wanted one, although as usual people did reserve beds the disappeared for the morning. Our issue was cockroaches. Was Woken up by a massive one crawling on me in bed, which really upset me. I screamed probably woke half of corralejo up! But then another night had two more in the bedroom. Staff gave me spray but were quite blasé about them. I know if you live there you must get used to them but I cannot sleep in a room knowing they’re quite likely to crawl on me. Shame because other than that it’s a lovely place and spotlessly clean. Put me off coming back though

Another fantastic visit!!!
Returned early hours this morning from another fantastic stay! We personally will always choose here!!! Central location, safe, secure and clean! Bathrooms are looking good. The team are working so hard doing external maintenance & improvements whilst ensuring no disruption to guests. They guys are all super friendly and helpful as are the lovely ladies who maintain the apartments (they do have their work cut out with some guests) Front of house/reception are super nice and welcoming and will always help. No sunbed wars to report but I did enjoy watching the race to get one as soon as the gates opened-some folk are so territorial!!! We never had a problem no matter what time we went down. Pool was spotless, love the balance of guests from kids playing with their water toys in the pool with parents & grandparents to the dedicated swimmers! Such a chilled relaxing place to stay. Pool bar does exactly what it needs to with decent choice of drinks and snacks - happy hour 3-4 pm BOGOF on beer and sangria. I cannot wait to book our next trip! Thank you again for another memorable holiday and we look forward to seeing you all again soon ❤️🏴❤️ x
I personally choose location & cleanliness when booking S/C accommodation. The apartment provides everything we need. We do a combo of eating in/out & takeaways. Highly recommend the Spar at the top of the road for choice and price on essentials.
Everything is walking distance for us! plenty of places to eat & drink.

Absolutely Fantastic Apartments
We have just returned from our stay and I can honestly say it’s probably been the best holiday we’ve had for a while. The apartments were spotlessly clean with comfy beds. The location was brilliant. 2 mins walk to the beach and shops. Finally a massive shout out to the reception staff. Never in all my years holiday have I met friendlier helpful staff. We had a small issue and they immediately dealt with it. We will definitely be returning again as soon as we can.
TLC NEEDED
We have stayed here many times and having read the reviews I can totally concur about the sunbed wars. It's ok to say that it is not allowed to reserve sunbeds but nothing is done by hotel staff to prevent it. I watched a few weeks ago as up to 6 beds were reserved first thing with nobody using them until mid afternoon. It has been a well known fact for years that more were required and yet no more are ever provided. The pool itself was disgusting, with the walls green and a film over the water so I ended up refusing to let the kids go in. Yes the rooms are basic but adequate for what is needed ( the pillows could be improved on) with an upgrade on a few of the sofa beds maybe needing seen to and the location is of course fantastic. So much more could be made of this place if some money was invested. Staff are exceptional with any problems sorted out immediately.
