This apartment complex consists of 50 apartments and 58 studios. There is a bar, a nightclub, and a restaurant. This apartment complex is located in the quiet village of Corralejo, near a small beach and a harbour, about 700 metres away. There are public transportation links only 300 metres away. Fuerteventura offers attractions to suit all tastes and ensure an unforgettable holiday.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I was a bit dubious about staying here after reading mixed reviews but i need not have worried - perfectly sized rooms, great self catering facilities, although 2 cereal bowls and 2 wine glasses would be great, great shower, fan in room, comfortable rooms , location is brilliant close to music square and the beaches, pool area is just lovely and so chilled - i would definetely return
Had a brilliant week here. This place is way better than most in the area and it’s been one of my favourite holidays. The location is perfect. It’s peaceful and the guests are cool. All kinds of people staying here - lots of Spanish, British, older people, young people, friends, couples, families. I’ve travelled a lot and done my share of luxury and 5* but I really like this place. It’s obviously been operating a long time and they really know what they are doing to provide a good holiday experience. Don’t listen to the nay sayers - book it. Go and have a chill time. First time in Fuerteventura and it’s a very cool vibe. Further down Corralejo it is more touristy, but outside of that area it’s very low key with a bit of a bohemian vibe. The whole trip was very inexpensive too - I stayed in an apartment and it had aircon (which I didn’t need to use much). Loved it. Definitely coming back for two weeks and bringing a crew next time.
This resort is conveniently located on the seafront, 400 meters from the ferry terminal and bus terminal. >y one bedroom apartment had 2 bathrooms, a lounge/diner/kitchen and a balcony that sadly looked over the street at rear. Decor was modern and in good condition which reminded me of a premier travel inn, i.e. 3*. The kitchen had a microwave and 2 rings but no oven and no washing uo liquid was provided. Tere was a 2.50 euro per day per person charge to cover electricity. The pool was excellent and the restaurant good and reasonably priced.
We arrived at the Dunas club at 10.45pm due to a delay at Manchester . Lovely receptionist checked us in . I asked if there was anywhere around to eat and she rang the restaurant which I didn’t realise was on sight and she said if we go straight through we could get some food . The kitchen was closing but they said we could get either pizza or pasta which was great . Waitress was lovely . We had booked a sea view studio . We were in room 211 which had a balcony and side windows . Lovely bright and spacious room. Spotlessly clean . Didn’t see the outside till the next morning . Woke up to a lovely sunrise and the waves lapping on the shore . There is a road in front of the appartment but noise was never an issue . I always had the door open . Our room had had the new aircon units done . The only noise we heard was when we were going out one morning when they were drilling in a corridor but never an issue . All the staff we encountered were lovely . We had several breakfasts in la luna and a meal one night . There is a nice pizza place on the corner we got takeaway from when we had a night in . It’s about a ten min walk to the main strip . Small kitchen area with fridge didn’t really use it much except for the fridge . There wasn’t any wine glasses which I like to sit on the balcony and have one at night so bought one for 2 euros from the hyperdino . Would return.
Arrived very late (after midnight) due to flight delays from Gatwick and slight issue following RCI directions instructions but they have 24-hour reception so that was good. Had decided (in correspondence) to stick with suite (was allocated 135) rather than 'upgrade' to Studio (€20/night extra) with sea-view; that was fine - suite had large living room/kitchen/dining room, large bedroom, two bathrooms (with baths) and two balconies (useful as smoke from neighbours came into one some days) - which had a sea-view if you leant out and looked down the street. Nice location near harbour (old town - so a little walk to the main tourist area); on-site but independent restaurant (La Luna - had one breakfast and one evening meal - both fine); nice pool (mainly 5' deep - with side children's pool) with lifeguard (who was sometimes watching!) - although notices about not reserving beds were totally ignored and no action taken; generally clean and well maintained although some doors/handles were a little shaky. Unfortunately came across cockroaches in the room - staff came and sprayed after we saw the first but unsure if they got it as we trapped/killed it/a second one a day later and then saw a third in the bath overflow a couple of days later (taped it up!) As seen on another review - surprised to not find wine glasses in room. Despite these negatives, would probably stay there again.
