Buendía is not a conventional stay. One hundred nine duplex and penthouses created to live a truly local experience. A stay with everything that makes vacations be vacations, in the middle of one of the most beautiful places in Fuerteventura. A no-hotel created at Corralejo for those who, instead of visiting, prefer living it. We don't want our apartments to be the place you stay in during your vacations, but a house you live in when you come to Corralejo. And, you know what they say: your house, your rules. Live whatever you want to in any of our duplex and penthouses with 1 or 2 bedrooms, with sea views or towards our great inner courtyard. Buendía is located in beautiful Corralejo, one of the most magical places in Fuerteventura. You'll be by the sea and only 5 minutes away from the old town, so you can forget about the car or the bus. You're a bike ride away from everywhere!

Alot of walking involved into town
The location of this hotel is at the old town next to Bristol playa it's quite a walk from there to the main beach but as I'd stayed In that area before I knew my way around and short cuts I wouldn't advise people with walking difficulties to stay in that area me and my husband pretty much walked 3 miles a day back and forth they were resurfacing the roads while there so crossing the roads became a bit tricky. On arrival we were asked to check in via a QR code which was a bit tricky especially when you are exhausted from travelling the guy at the welcome loft ended up having to take my phone and do most of it as I couldnt get it to work least they could do is just check you in themselves . We were given a duplex apartment around the back with a terrace looking out to the street wasn't impressed and we could never open the curtains because of being soo overlooked, but on entering the the apartment I was happy modern clean and had everything we needed including a retro fridge and a dishwasher! The stairs to the second floor were very squeaky 😆 made us laugh though! The beds were large and comfortable there was a large ceiling fan in main bedroom and standing fan in the small room also a ceiling fan in the main living area downstairs. The pool area was very modern in design but comfortable didn't use the pool as I prefer the beach. Bare in mind the rooms are only cleaned every 8 days and they don't change the towels either but you only have to ask. The hotel is reasonably priced and if you don't mind alot of walking this hotel is definitely worth a stay .

Outstanding NoHotel
This NoHotel is outstanding.
The gym is fantastic. Its all extremely clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast is superb.
Its not a hotel. For us its better.
Outstanding pool area.

Great Apartment “No Hotel”
I’m giving four stars based on their official three star rating as a “NoHotel”, serviced apartment complex. (This means no apartment cleaning or towel changes unless you are staying for more than a week.)
Accommodation:
It was a great stay in a two bedroom apartment with roof terrace - the apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a self service holidays. There is no air on but great fans provided and a good breeze with windows open.
However, the furnishings felt a little cheap and some of the areas could be updated (bathroom in particular). The second bedroom with bunk beds feels a poor use of space and not ideal unless your children are staying in there. The second bedroom had no mirror, limited plug sockets and there was no plug sockets near the one mirror in the main bedroom.
The private rooftop terrace was great with plenty of sun all day and a great breeze. Also meant you could relax in private away from the pool area. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the terrace but this was solved straight away.
Pool Area:
Very comfortable sun loungers with plenty of parasols if needed. The pool is small and gets very busy, and there were lots of children so often noisy. Turnover of guests on sunbeds was good throughout the day so whilst busy you can usually get a spot (in October, not sure about high summer!).
The bar was also good with reasonable prices and good food for lunch.
Location:
Brilliant with a short walk to the sea or the main old town, but far enough away to not be too noisy!
Service:
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sebastian on check in and check out.
It was also great to have use of the WhatsApp AI bot for general queries, and the app for requests such as towels and late check out.
Overall a very good apartment based on location, service and facilities, and the fact it was a great price and officially 3-stars.

Lovely place to stay..we had an exceptional stay and will come back. Good vibes all round
Amazing stay
As usual Buendia did not disappoint, we had one of the duplex apartments with a poolside terrace again. You get loads of space and everything you could need for your stay, including a dishwasher and full size maiden. Beds are large and very comfy, although no air-conditioning, with the window open and the fan on, you always get a breeze. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are always happy to help. The whole place is clean and tidy, including the pool area. We aren't pool people but we did use it a couple of times and it was always lovely, never too cold and we managed to get sunbeds even in the afternoon. Although situated up at the top of Corralejo the walk into town isn't complicated and doesn't take long. Would we stay again? ofcourse, already looking at booking again for next year.
