Great holiday
We had a great time. The room was very spacious, on 1st floor overlooking the pool, fab view. The resort was spotlessly clean, staff couldn’t do enough for you, very pleasant. The breakfast was good and the evening meal was ok. We managed to find something to eat. The entertainment was good but the room was very hot, no aircon. It was a bit of a walk to the beach and town but once you found your bearings it was ok and you could always get a taxi at very reasonable rates. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful relaxing holiday
Location was reasonable a little way out of the action, atmosphere very good, room was fantastic esp. walk in shower holiday overall very good value very high standard of cleanliness,very friendly and helpful nice and quiet and relaxing the only point I have is the access to the pool with vertical steps only even some of the fit people were struggling I found it near on impossible being disabled it is the only thing that would stop me returning food was very good it’s such a shame there are no easier access steps into the pool

Great place though quite a walk to town
Lovely clean hotel. Poolside room was brilliant . Heard beds were a bit hard so requested a mattress topper which appeared within an hour. Food was really good plenty of choice very clean hotel friendly staff couldn’t do enough for you but watch out for the older pool man !!! rather abrupt. on the downside there were no drawers in the room and for the size of the room they could be accommodated. Also on the downside it’s quite a long walk into town especially if you have mobility issues, would I go again? Yes the Plus sides outweigh the minuses.

Relaxing and comfortable stay
Loved our stay at Arena Suite. We arrived after midnight and the hotel had very kindly arranged for a plated meal for us to be left in the restaurant. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff work tirelessly to very high standards. Our huge bed was quite hard but we slept really well. Great air con. Very quiet. Perfect. We stayed half board and the food was absolutely delicious, varied, and freshly prepared. All the chefs and restaurant staff are to be commended for their fantastic service and hospitality. The lovely and enthusiastic animation team need a mention too. They do a couple of sessions during the afternoon. Cocktail making was my favourite session, closely followed by shuffle board, and mölkky (a bowling game). Finally, I have to say a big thank you to all the staff who persevered with my attempts at speaking Spanish - they gave me a huge boost in confidence, and I promise I’ll have improved by our next visit. Hope to return soon.
Super clean and great value
The hotel is spotless, the staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem. The food is very good and they have themed food evenings so the food is very varied. We loved staying in Arena Suites and this is our second visit this year, we will be back.
