Value For Money/Enjoyable Stay
Excellent staff and a fantastic location in close proximity to the airport beaches shopping and nightlife. Good selection of food and drinks for the all-inclusive. The rooms are a little tired and could do with an upgrade ie bathrooms however we have seen some improvements made to them since our last visit in 2025 (went twice June and September). Overall, a good value for money holiday and a very enjoyable stay.
Good 3* at very reasonable price
Just returned from a 7night AI stay. It was our 2nd visit to smy,so we knew what to expect. Everything here is great value for a 3* in caleta. Food is ok,theres enough variety to suit most taste while not having a huge selection,so not a lot of waste either. The pool and bar is great,clean and welcoming and relaxing,even when busy. All the staff are excellent and friendly, polite,welcoming. Rooms need work,but again in reflection to the price there OK. Clean,shower is decent always had hot water. Im back again in may,if not earlier.
Birthday celebrations
Absolutely amazing week for my 50th staff were amazing throughout the week made us very welcome whether it was reception to bar staff to restaurant staff a big shout out to the entertainment lady she was very good and got everyone involved. The food in restaurant was brilliant and a differant country every night on the menu which was lovely screens up for the football inside and out which was great there was plenty of sunbeds everyday we had the most amazing 7 days and are looking forward to coming back in sept
Place full of sweet surprises
Atmosphere was welcoming, staff were friendly. Vegetarian options could have been bit more. Swim areas were cleaned daily to avoid contamination. This hotel had xbox for play entertainment too. Best part was variety entertainment hotel provided all day everyday. Definitely coming back here again
Good hotel
Loved are time here food good .good location to shops easy walk.downside no kids club entertainment is dire at best one lady doing everything . we are a family of 3 adults 2 children (2 pensioners with disabilities) they put us in a upstairs room carring 4 cases I pushchair and 2 kids upsatairs not good. loved watching the antics of putting towels down then going away manager takes them off some people nearly come to blows .my grand daughter left her 2 rings and Pandora bracelet in room 404 one ring has her dead friends hair in stone rang manager when she realised emailed aswell no response from him so if you were in that room 30th June please get in touch
