Just back from staying at Eurostars Las Salinas for 9 nights on our honeymoon and had a great stay. We were delighted to be upgraded to a sea view room, which was a lovely surprise on arrival as well as chocolates and a bottle of cava! The hotel is right on the beachfront, with restaurants, a supermarket and a chemist all nearby. Breakfast had a great selection every morning, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were a few signs of wear and tear, but nothing that affected our stay. The only downside was that noise can carry at night in the front-facing rooms when it’s windy- it’s constantly windy. Also- I definitely recommend renting a car from the gentleman in the hotel foyer—it’s great value and the easiest way to explore the island. Overall, we’d happily stay here again.
Back from a ten day stay on B&B basis. The breakfast had a wide range of options. The omelette station was a great In terms of food. We did try the dinner one evening. It was €22 a head for the buffet and unlimited drink. It was nice but I feel over 10 days there would be a lot of repetition. The room was lovely and clean and the housekeeping staff were fantastic. The room was a little tired and certain parts of the hotel too. It could do with an uplift
Now to the pool. It was lovely. Always able to get a sun lounger although towards the end of our stay some guests were reserving their loungers.
The pool bar was nice although could het a little busy and with one staff member they were kept going. I want to single out a member of staff who worked at the pool bar. His name is Oscar. He is a gent of a guy and he was very nice. He could not have been more helpful if he tried. There had been a mix up the previous day with a double tap on our debit card. Even though we had paid the Spanish girl working there that day insisted we tap again Anyway we went to Oscar and he sorted without any hesitation and was actually apologetic.
Please ensure Oscars excellent work ethic is recognised.
Thanks to all the team.
My husband and I spent a lovely week at this hotel, our room was number 272 overlooking the pool, which was cleaned everyday by hardworking staff. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We ate outside every meal and the food was good, some days better than others, but always something for everyone, seafood night was my favourite. There were no queues at all for food. The only thing I would critisice is that there should be more bar staff on the evening lobby bar. The lone man serving was great but we waited a while to be served on some occasions. A special mention to Selina, a hard working waitress. We loved the proximity to the beach, literally on the doorstep. We will be booking this hotel again .

Just finishing up a break here. Really like the hotel - shared area are well designed and have a really nice aesthetic. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size and the pull out sofa has had no complaints from my teenage son! Hotel is right on the beach so a fab location. Only bits to say are that the hotel has a self catering stay option - I think this is disingenuous - while our room has a hob and fridge it only has limited plates etc (for 2 despite booking being for 3). And it’s limited - nose fork spoons, water glasses and small cups - no chopping it ms not pots or pans so effectively you can’t make food in your kitchenette. I had planned on doing so and based the board choice on this so frustrated that it’s not possible. All In all a lovely place to stay just be aware.
Stayed all Inclusive . Hotel is in a great location across from the beach. Lovely large rooms with bedroom, living area and kitchen . housekeeping done every day and all staff in hotel were very pleasant. No real entertainment at night for a 4 star hotel so something they need to look at .back to all Inclusive and as a vegetarian lived on salad and chips all week as they don't cater enough for vegetarians and seem to put meat or chicken in everything .The cocktails were from machines and full of sugar and you had to pay for a real cocktail . Would go back but only bed & breakfast and would eat out as there are a lot of places nearby . Did meet a lot of lovely people in the hotel and received a lovely card and bottle of cava for my birthday.
