Wonderful
My partner and I have just spent a week here all inclusive, and I must say it was great!
The people are friendly and staff were amazing, especially the main man Antonio ( Bonappetito ) and his sidekick Jose who kept us well hydrated.
The rooms were very hot so was a tough sleep but any problems were sorted quickly.
The games that the entertainment team put on were great and fun for all.
My first all inclusive holiday and I will say I would do it again.

Not the best
Not the best Hotel. Rooms were not very clean floors not mopped my husband has am accident blood on bathroom floor still there 4 days later, however the bed was changed with blood on it. Towels changed every other day and they were pure white. The food very basic. All staff lovely especially bar staff work really hard. Entertainment not that good apart from Tina and Marina really good. Entertainment staff worked hard especially one male with blonde hair he could really sing has lovely voice.

Return visit, nice top floor sea view apartment, booked 1bed ,was upgraded to 2 bed. Couldn't use smaller bedroom too noisy from lift. Fabulous super large balcony. Food extremely good.I Much much prefer than sister Elba Sara.4*. Convenient for beaches,town, lovely seafront walks. Will be back again January for 24 nights.🤗🤗🤗

Simple things need addressing
Just got back after 7 nights with my cousin to which we mostly enjoyed. The hotel is very clean, tidy, but maybe a little paint touch up here and there needed. Can't fault the staff at all... Very helpful, courteous, and pleasant indeed. The room was spotless and well serviced by staff too the bed was top notch... Very comfy!! . Now!!!.. The WiFi in our room was non existent and we catched up in foyer most of time. We stayed room only and decided to have breakfast there the first morning... I can honestly say the bacon was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Wet, fatty and tasted like it had been steamed all night. We ate out after that. Finally there was a teatowel but no dishcloth or detergent... Most hotels have a small bottle of dish soap.... And a cloth....would I stay there again... Yes I would... Just a shame a few things left a slight scar on our visit....
