Lovely hotel, but a very disappointing experience
The hotel itself is lovely and we really enjoyed our holiday, but unfortunately this situation put a real bummer on the end of our stay.
While we were out, housekeeping entered our room and our beach towels were removed. We later realised that a T-shirt had also gone missing. We reported it to reception straight away and were told it had possibly been taken to the hotel’s laundry service. Despite repeatedly chasing this, we were never able to get the T-shirt back before leaving the country.
We were eventually told the laundry is a sister company and the hotel couldn’t track the item or provide us with any further information. The lack of communication and having to repeatedly chase the issue ourselves was extremely disappointing.
It’s not really about the cost of the T-shirt — it’s the fact that personal belongings were removed from our room and there was no clear accountability or resolution.
It’s such a shame because the hotel is genuinely lovely, but based on our experience, I would be cautious about leaving belongings in the room when housekeeping enters and would not recommend using the laundry service.

More like 3 star hotel
Positives: Overall the hotel staff were nice, most were quite quick with service, apart from forgetting some drinks at dinner in the Italian restaurant but that’s fine. Food was good for a buffet and had a good variety. Also, we loved the themed nights. The soft drinks were self-service around the pool so didn’t have to wait in a queue which is a bonus. Beds are super comfy and we requested an extra pillow each via the website and when we arrived in our room the same day we had 2 more pillows. There is a lot around the hotel like a shopping centre which is less than a 5-minute walk and the town is only a 15 minute walk with nice restaurants and bars. The heated pool was amazing. The entertainment team always had activities to do in the pool like water aerobics, foam parties and a water carpet.
Negatives: The overall cleanliness was not up to a 4-star rating. The bedding did not get changed the whole time we were there. We did get fresh towels every day, but we had multiple towels that had holes or someone’s makeup on. Some areas needed a good clean for example there was dust in the corners of the room and marks on the walls. The hotel could do with an updated look as it has aged. One person in our party had a broken shower, but the staff did fix this very quickly. The room key cards did not work a few times so had to keep going to reception to fix this.
Overall I do not believe the hotel should be classed as a 4 star, for the amount of money we paid it felt like we were overcharged for what was more like a 3 star all inclusive.

Fabulous hotel
Fantastic hotel. Food was varied hotel was clean and tidy. Room was made up everyday with clean towels.provided if needed. Nothing to complain about and would definitely go back

Tired in areas and could do with a freshen up
I had read some terrible reviews about this hotel in the last few months about dirty bedding dirty rooms but if I’m honest I didn’t find any of them issues. Our room was cleaned daily could’ve done with a freshen up. It’s looking a bit tired and dated as a lot of areas in the hotel. balcony furniture could do with updating. It’s very old and tired looking. Some areas could do with a better clean can’t say they were the best The music can be a bit loud around the pool sometimes when you’re trying to relax First time staying all inclusive don’t think I’ll do it again lots of choice some food very much the same every day drinks are not that strong. I was quite surprised. Plus points, you can go straight out the back gates onto a nice beach safe for children It’s a bit out of town if you want to walk and go to other shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful, which is a bonus.
