Real Review
Firstly, be prepared to carry plenty of cash because apparently “all-inclusive” still means paying deposits for basic things. You have to pay a deposit for pool towels, and when we went to return them we found out you need the original receipt to get your money back. Nobody made this clear when we paid the deposit. You then need ANOTHER deposit just to get reusable cups for drinks at the pool bar. I’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive where I’ve needed this much cash just for towels and cups.
The food is by far the worst part. It’s regularly cold, bland and sometimes so tough it’s difficult to eat. We’ve ended up spending extra money eating elsewhere, which completely defeats the point of paying for an all-inclusive holiday.
The staff are probably the only decent thing about the place, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for everything else.
Overall, really poor value for money.Save your money and book somewhere else.
Lovely hotel. friendly staff.always clean .couldnt fault it .the choice of food was really good.it was constantly refilled and areas cleaned.entertainment very good .
Good hotel big, foods decent drinks aren’t bad , love the hotdogs.
Rami was very friendly top bloke
Great hotel, nice spacious room, close to the beach, nice restaurant and snack bar. Rami was very helpful and kind.
Location ok, on a bit of a hill, 15 mins walk to town centre. More family orientated, rooms ok, laminate floor in bathroom is a good idea as it has lifted and started splitting. Good relaxing vibe, animation team not pushy. We got a great deal so was good value for money. Place pretty clean and cleaners work hard to keep it so. Restaurant is around a 5 min walk from block c. One thing they could improve at breakfast is the egg cooking station, why they cook 50 eggs in front and have another 20 on the go means they weren't runny. Just cook them to order. Food had good selection and not bad quality. At the bar you can get Gordon's pink gin and Smirnov vodka included in the ac. Lighting not great around the buildings, bits of outside tiling needs repairing. Airport is very close so if you like plane spotting, you will love it as 3 go overhead every hr. All in all good value for money, we didn't find any horrors like on some of the reviews.
