Located in the popular town of 'Caleta De Fuste', this hotel offers a very convenient location in order to help you have the best holiday experience. There is a choice of three swimming pools in the outdoor complex - two family pools, and one just for kids - along with a pool bar and plenty of spots to sunbathe. Some more active facilities include; a multi-sports court, table tennis, a gym and even a mini golf course!
With lots going on around the hotel including; a kid's club, animation team and entertainment programme, there is no doubt that there is something for everyone. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to chill out, make some new friends or just to simply soak in sea and mountain views all whilst sipping on a beverage from the rooftop bar (weather permitted, from 11:00-17:00 hrs; self-service).

beware of what is sold as "family room'!
Our "family room" which was so small we had to walk sideways- 2 beds joined together and a sofa bed and no space to move or put the luggage . They said this is the only size rooms they have but it is definitely too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. We ended up having to book and pay for an extra room and move so the 2 rooms were joined . I would not have stayed in the hotel otherwise.
Cleaning of the rooms was erratic and towels were not changed for 4 days until we asked. They also don't clean the room 2 days a week and we heard other families complaining about not having the rooms cleaned . Food options are good , catering and restaurant staff very nice, entertainers were also approachable . Location is good, close to the ocean and to the beach. It was not all bad, but I would not go back.

Budget hotel great in general but room for improvement
Budget hotel in a good location, Harbour and beach is 5-10 min walk, shops and restaurants 5 min walk away with plenty of options, there is lots of boat trips on offer as well as day trips but not loads in the local area Hotel Beds were okay but not the comfiest Pools were fine, adults only pool on rooftop great, shame to see the Jacuzzi out of order though! Hotel is in need of repairs in quite a few areas, bashed doors, out of order lifts, ac had no dial on it etc Cleaning was minimal, bathroom never cleaned and cups not washed Food was great but gets a bit repetitive
Plus points! Staff are very friendly and helpful All inclusive was fine and drinks and snacks on offer Bedroom was a good size Entertainment on each evening Pools were always clean Sunbeds there was always a few available
This wouldn't be first choice hotel if I came back but I wouldn't write it off completely
Great holiday
Firstly, forget the bad reviews, people know when they book, that this is a 3 star hotel, not 5, the location is fatastic, very near the centre and the beach,somecgreat little pubs and restaurants close by, the staff were all lovely, work very hard and always smiling and gappy to help, entertainment was good too, tribute acts, acrobatics, etc, food was really really good for 3 stars, always varied, drinks flowing freely, beer, wine and soft drinks and hot drinks self serve, rooms were spotless and beds very comfy, enjoy what you paid for

Would not go back.
Location is perfect. Hotel is over crowded and basic. Rooms are basic but acceptable. They don’t change your towels unless you catch the team at the time. A lot of the views are unpleasant. It was quiet which was a plus. Clean enough. The food is very basic, not great at all and some guests are greedy. We didn’t eat there at all. There are some amazing restaurants nearby. The guests also put towels out early by the pool. There is no room around the pools that are very close together along with no space between the sun loungers. The pool does not get the sun all day. The all inclusive didn’t apply we were charged for the ‘included’ drink. You can book a shower in the afternoon if you have a late flight but we weren’t told so had to do without.

Nice holiday, well rested
Great location, near shops, beach, restaurants and bars really nice stay, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was good, nice guests, good entertainment on day and night. Room was large, with nice balcony. Was cleaned regularly, air conditioning and tv worked well. Value for money. All areas were kept clean. Nice and quiet area and in hotel after lights out. Food could do with improvement but plenty to eat, you wouldn't go hungry, just better choices of food and serving times longer. Maybe wouldn't go all inclusive next time.
