Broncemar Beach

Really nice hotel cant fault it all staff really good food ok great drinks but the stand out from everything was emma one of the entertainment team really lovelly girl took time out to speak to everyone remembered everones names .she a real assett to the hotel emma your a star

First time in Caleta De Fuste and was recommended this hotel. The complex is in a great location and is laid out well. Really well stocked Hyperdino supermarket with an in-store bakery 5 mins walk away (there is an overpriced shop with an extremely unfriendly lady serving on site) and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Market 5 mins walk away twice a week. Usual bags, belts football tops etc. Beach and marina are lovely. Check in took an age as there was one girl on the desk with several families arriving. No offer of a welcome drink or food like other hotels do on a late night arrival. Beds were made every day and towels changed every other day - but that's where the room cleaning ends. The bathroom wasn't touched once in ten days and to be honest I felt dirtier walking on the floor after a shower than before it by the last couple of nights. The general cleanliness of the pool area is good. Bins are emptied regularly and rubbish cleared. It still surprises me the mess that some people leave behind on their sun loungers and just expect others to pick up. Food was plentiful but became very repetitive. Entertainment staff try their best and always smile and try to involve everyone. Daytime activities far outshine the evening unless you are under 10 years old. No air con, but the ceiling fan in the bedroom was sufficient. There are plenty of sunbeds....parasols not so much but there is the usual problem of people reserving beds at 6am then not showing up to sit on them until 1pm. The hotel was really getting busy the last couple of days and I can imagine will be crazy in the coming weeks of school holidays. Not going to give the place a poor rating as I pay for 3* and don't expect 5 like happens often, but small simple changes could really improve this site.

Met some lovely people and banked some more family memories. Would I return? Maybe at a less busy time of year.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the Broncemar Hotel. This is our 4th visit and we are already planning our next trip. We are a family of 5, with kids ranging from 12-6 years old. The hotel is kept clean to a very high standard, the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels given each day. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The Entertainment Team were brilliant, they were energetic, fun and constantly had a smile on their faces. They approached you for a chat but were in no way pushy or overbearing if you didnt want to participate . The evening entertainment for both kids and adults was amazing, they work so hard all day and need to be recognised for all their hard work.
