Fantastic Week
We’ve just arrived home after a lovely holiday! The hotel was lovely and clean, and the entertainment team were fantastic. They worked so hard, had great energy, and really made the holiday for our kids. A special mention to Mathis and Emma, who went above and beyond to make sure the children had a brilliant time. Water polo , Water volleyball and the Water carpet were a hit. Thank you for helping make our family holiday so memorable! We would definitely recommend this hotel. 😊

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff are absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond to look after you and your family. Monica is an incredible manager and does everything she can to look after us the second we arrive. Julian on the front desk is so kind, helpful and remembers my son’s name every time we stay. Emma in the animation team goes out of her way to make sure everyone is having the best time. She is truly the best person we have ever met in any animation team of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The bar team, the waiters, the cleaning staff, absolutely everyone at this hotel are so kind, polite and always willing to help.
A special thank you to Monica, Emma and Julian for everything they do every time we stay. You guys are the best and we’ll definitely be back again soon!

All inclusive but only if the Chef approves you!
Would I go back to this hotel? Answer is No. We booked this hotel last minute and on arrival was told the hotel was upgrading our room. Fine and nice. We had booked a double room with all inclusive and was given a 1 bedroom unit with a living room, a fan in the bedroom ceiling and no air conditioning but we made it work. The issues began when we went for breakfast on the 2nd morning I think and waited at the chef stand to order an omelette and was ignored after speaking on 3 occasions to the chef he continued to ignore me but when a lady who did not look like me came by he greeted her. I went to other staff and asked if they could ask him if we could have an omelette and after a conversation he made the omelettes. The other meals were okay as he was not on duty. Food was a little repetitive but we found something to eat at each meal. On our final morning he was back and we went again for omelette and stood for a good 5 minutes and he never acknowledged us or made any attempt to meet our eyes he did everything, getting pans from the kitchen and filling it with onions and completely ignored us. It was obvious this was deliberate. As we were checking out we decided to leave the restaurant and get breakfast at the airport and not stay or eat where we were clearly not wanted. We did not have a chance to speak to the Staff. This was an all inclusive resort but it seems the Chef decides who can eat all inclusive even though we paid for it. Other staff were nice. Hotel could do with updating.

Great place to stay
Staff were lovely, really caring & remembering. Great for both adult couples and couples with kids. Plenty of entertainment both during the day and night. Food was lovely, ticks all the boxes for an all inclusive holiday.
Only downside or negative I’d say is the WiFi is terrible and the bar only has 1 person working it during the day, very slow service especially if you just want to nip for a pint around the pool.

Just come back from a wonderful holiday at The Broncermar, very good value for money, rooms were lovely and clean made a few requests for the room as heard only a ceiling fan so requested a a higher room with balcony and a fan all request from hotel were met. So room was very cool for sleeping. Always something lovely to eat, chief always made a banging omelete for me at breakfast 😋. Rooms spotless, Bar staff anf all staff fabulous hardworking and friendly. And as for the fellow travelers what a friendly bunch of people. So much fun and resort is lovely too . Highly recommend the Hotel and Island , wish I was still there 🤣x
