Amazing holiday.
Absolutely fantastic holiday. Rooms cleaned every day with out fail. Bedding changed every 2 days. The staff are very friendly and the level of professionalism is amazing.

Great holiday
We had such a good time in this hotel. Our room was clean and when we asked for something Juan Carlos was very helpfull and friendly. Food and drinks very gooood. Drinks are from the bottle ,the water and nestea . Beer also is bottle. Some unfriendly girls at the bar serving,very absent . Animation team was good, should be some music playing at the main pool .
Great hotel for family break
Stayed for a week. Enjoyed the hotel. Food in buffet restaurant was good but sometimes food was cold. Mexican was a massive disappointment. Disorganised staff, cold food. Buffet starter wasn’t replenished. Prawns and steak were however tasty. Pool was very salty (yes i know it’s freshwater but it was saltier than the sea and defo not heated!) However, would defo go back

Good family holiday
Over all a good family holiday. Negatives our room was quite small and dark, air conditioning didn't work very well. Food in restaurant wasnt always the best the Mexican restaurant was not nice at all the food was awful. Brazilian restaurant is nice. Buffet restaurant basic but ok. Pool area is lovely 😍
