This magnificent hotel is beautifully nestled in the district of Antigua, just by Caleta de Fuste beach. The wonderful local harbour as well as shopping options, restaurants and bars can be easily reached on foot. Guests will be able to find convenient public transport links approximately 300 metres from the hotel. The airport is around 7 km away and the capital of the island, Puerto de Rosario, is 12 km from the hotel. This is a perfect location to spend a sunny holiday by the sea.

Fantastic.
A lovely weeks stay, hotel very clean, staff always smiling and helpful from the moment we arrived. All inclusive food was varied, and enjoyable. A little more variation needed for Vegetarian guests. I especially enjoyed the 2 Themed nights, Mexican and Brazillian experiences were fantastic. I particularly liked the Brazilian Themed dining experience this evening Sebastian and his team were very attentive and had prepared a special Vegetarian option for me, which was lovely.
Shops/ supermarket were close by and sold everything that you could need. Catamaran ride from the local harbour( 10minute walk from hotel) was a great 4 hour experience, food and drink on board inclusive too. Book this with your Travel Rep. Activities team were brilliant with daily quiz or bingo..they were great with the children there too. Rooms were cleaned regularly and towels always fresh. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room, any tea/coffee sachets in the room once used you had to purchase more if required. Value for money.

Very enjoyable relaxing holiday
Exceptionally clean and friendly staff . Quality drinks available. Two great themed restaurants which made a lovely change Mexican and Brazilian. Really lovely to be waited on and a special mention to Sebastian and the team at the Brazilian night . One of my party is a vegetarian and doesn’t eat fish so limited choices for evening meal and not enough variety but both themed nights were well catered for vegetarians . Entertainment team around the pool lovely and friendly . Spacious room and comfy beds and lovely chairs on the balcony. Good shower facilities . Lunch time snacks fairly basic but fulfilled the need . Lovely clean pool area and never struggled to find a sunbed so no need to place towels on . Supermarket near by . Water , teabags /coffee isn’t replaced in your room for awareness. Overall a lovely stay with plenty to do at the hotel and nearby

My stay
The staff was not respectful they don’t ever serve you in the buffet tindya or if they do they will only serve you once and the rooms are alright just gotta mold in the bathroom just needs to be modernised more

Great apart from one major issue
We had a lovely week all inclusive at this hotel. The room, food and staff were excellent and the cleanliness is great. However, we were concerned about the lack of sugar free soft drinks in many areas. One of our party is diabetic and must not have sugar at all, but we were told on numerous occasions that drinks were free of sugar but when we asked them to check, they weren't. Staff really need to take care when serving drinks as we really lost confidence to point that water felt the only safe alternative.
