Had a very relaxing stay. Great hotel with nice amenities. There is plenty of choice for food and drink. The food quality was overall good. There were a few things that could use some attention, the pools are showing their age and could do with a few repairs. The service provided at the restaurants was lack lustre. There seemed to not be enough staff to cope with the guests. This led to long waits for drinks or food you had to order.

Location fab- gym/sporting facilities great, booked through the app. We were upgraded room 3020..had a hot tub on balcony - opened cover it was disgusting- dirty. Our balcony had sun loungers- but no sun as covered by trees. Bath robes and slippers left in the toilet 🙃 Bedding not changed in 7 days Towels not changed daily. Waters not left on.a daily basis. Food always cold. No variation for 7 days .pool not maintained for first 4 days and then team of 6 cleaners turned up and took out multiple buckets of debris and not being able to swim umtil 11am.!! Our room felt very dirty. Great WiFi- lovely beach but have to pay for sunbeds. No other restaurants on site . Wouldn't go back . Some of the staff so rude.

Let’s get the elephant out of the room first: unfortunately, the food at this hotel was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, fell well below the standard we would have expected.

Putting that aside, however, there really isn’t much else to complain about. The room we stayed in could have benefited from a little refurbishment, but this was only a minor issue and certainly didn’t detract from our holiday.

In every other respect, we had a great stay. The hotel itself was enjoyable, and the staff deserve a special mention. They were fantastic throughout, always friendly, welcoming and helpful, and their attitude made a real difference to our overall experience.

Ultimately, the food was the one major letdown of an otherwise very enjoyable holiday. It’s a real shame because, with a significant improvement in the quality of the food, this hotel has the potential to offer an excellent all-round experience. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, and we would have very little to criticise if the food were brought up to the same standard as the service.
