Having previously had a positive experience at a tent hotel we thought this hotel would be on a par but we were sadly mistaken Positives Beds were comfortable Good location for transport links to Malaga Benalmadena Negatives Walls are paper thin so much so that you can actually hear next doors curtains being closed!!!!!!! Not adequate staff to cope with the amount of guests- twice our room had not been serviced by 430/5pm and we’d been out all day, breakfast tables left uncleared so nowhere to sit unless you cleared them yourself Air conditioning does not go below 24 degrees - we reported ours numerous times and had the engineer out before I spoke to the manger who tried to fob me off with its government policy that air con doesn’t go below 24 degrees - sorry but thats in public spaces this was a private hotel room. They have obviously centrally controlled the air con so it doesn’t drop below 24 degrees - NOT ACCEPTABLE The curtains are paper thin - not black out So with the noise from other rooms, lack of air con and the paper thin curtains don’t expect to get a good nights sleep at this hotel Food at the brunch is hit and miss, some of it was cold, the scrambled egg looked undercooked sometimes that’s if you could find a clean table to sit at Pool area is tiny and not very appealing No fridge in the room and when we asked for some ice at the bar they wanted to charge us for it!!!!!! We will definetly never return to this hotel

Great hotel
Great hotel food was great with a good selection serving from 8am until 1.30pm the only downfall was the beach being so far away. We used the lift to get down to the beach which it around a 10min walk from the hotel. We did walk down one day but there are a lot of steps to go down & with a mobility issue it was a struggle. Other than that it’s a lovely area to stay with plenty of bars restaurants & shops if you like to shop. There is a bus stop across the road if you want to travel around the resort to other resorts. Rooms are very clean with daily maid service it’s was a great budget holiday & I would defo recommend it to anyone wanting a budget holiday.

Well first time at a tent hotel really inprest very nice staff and helpful.really clean room everything you need.comfy bed shower perfect.breakfast was very good.good choice wont starve Will definatly try another hotel good value for money Checkin at hotel
