The best customer service and I always feel welcome and entertained with every aspect of the hotel.

Hotel pool entertainment very good , staff try and make it fun for everyone Always clean around the pool Problems with ac in room sorted very promptly Only downsides was ants 🐜 in the room and around the pool Very rude guy on reception (Male ) lifeguard was terrible, rude and more interested in chatting to people and been sat on his phone rather than doing his job , 1 young girl did have to be saved by someone else in the pool as the lifeguard was away looking out to sea at the time Ok stay for a budget holiday But if you prefer something nice and more modern I’d look elsewhere

We won Client of the Day which meant we had free breakfast and dinner. The staff were lovely and the pool was excellent. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable Experience
The trip was exceptional, the hotel staffs was very polite and engaging especially the entertainment staffs. Lots of activies catering for kids and adults. Will defo recommend and go again.
