AVOID THIS HOTEL.Aahhh..where do I start. If you are british and prefer to have good service and feel welcoming.THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR YOU.Full of atitude staff specially at reception.no customer service levels and I don't care attitude.Restaurnats and Bars has long queues as one person serving only. They provide kettle in your room with tea bags and coffee than they say we don't provide milk in the room.-So what's the point of giving kettle in the room at first place. We had issue with our room and we told them about it again no care attitude we have to face.We have to call our pacakage holiday provider to sort things out. They charge you for providing safty box+iron+water+parking+wifi.Try to avoid peak holiday time of spain holiday as you will be facing lot of local crowd and not peaceful at all.
Location is beautiful and staff staff were helpful and friendly enough. The bus stop is drectly outside and a supermarket around 15 minute walk, plenty of smaller shops and restaurants around. The hotel is is really tired and in need of an overhaul. Our superior sea view room had an amazing view but that was the only positive. I was there with my husband and 2 adult sons, very limited storage in room. Only one side of the room had 2 cupboards and only 8 coat hangers in total, no drawers in either side. My sons' side had a fridge under a table, they had to live out of suitcases. The large balcony overlooking the sea only had 3 chairs despite booking the room for 4 adults. The two single beds had one pillow each and our double bed had only one double length pillow. The bathroom was the worst I have every been in, honestly embarrassing that they would put guest in here. The taps were thick with grime nd coming away from the wall. The bath was filthy and worn away at the base and the sides filled in with grout or caulk, was just a mouldy mess. The caulk was soft and so if brushing past it it stuck to a ruined your clothes. This cannot be cleaned and the whole bath should have been replaced years ago. The restaurant was typical all inclusive, one evening my family had the burgers. All of them were undercooked so they didn't eat them. The next next night they had chilli nachos. On checking the meat, one full portion, when mixed was completely raw. We did let hotel know but haven't heard anything back. This is not the hotels fault but just FYI the hotel is across the road from a nightclub, from street level the music is as loud to be expected for a club but when in your room it seems 10 times louder, you can't ear your self think so bring ear plugs. This 7 day holiday cost over £4000, I could have overlooked a lot of the issues but the bathroom was disgusting and I would not recommend hotel due to this.
I was a week away from my daughter. The hotel is well maintained, the food everyone will choose something for themselves, the staff is wonderful and helpful, cleaning the room every day. beautiful surroundings. close to the beach. large swimming pool, close to the train. we had not a large room but well maintained. only mattresses on beds would be useful to replace because they are not comfortable.
This hotel is just ok. The reception staff are horrendous and so unpleasant. Also arrived at 9pm and room wasn't ready. It wasn't fully ready until 1am .The hotel is not really near anything. The all inclusive restaurant is poor to ok . Now the positivesThe rooms are clean , the pool bar is good and the entertainment staff are amazing. I personally wouldn't go back
After arriving at the hotel we were checked into our rooms. We had two rooms which were both perfect. Very clean, the beds were a good size and comfortable. One room had a balcony, the other had a lovely large terrace overlooking the junior pool. The bathroom was lovely with a good shower. The air conditioning in the rooms was fantastic too, couldn’t be happier.
The pool areas were absolutely superb, despite being a big hotel there was enough sunbeds around the pool area and always managed to find a space. As a family the pool areas were absolutely fantastic. Three pools - one small children’s pool for toddlers. A junior pool which was quieter and the main pool which was fantastic, very clean and great things going on to keep us all entertained like a foam party, water carpet, inflatable slide, aqua gym, water polo, water volleyball and more! This is exactly what we wanted from a family orientated hotel.
The food in the hotel was absolutely brilliant also, with different themed nights each evening. Although we didn’t visit for lunch, as the snack and pool bars round the pool were perfect for us, with kebabs, nachos, hot dogs, toasties, chips, ice creams, slushies, milkshakes, cocktails, water, juices and beers, the breakfast and evening meal choices were superb with lots of variety. For such a busy hotel the staff did absolutely superb to keep things ticking over and whilst it is such a busy hotel, especially in late June the staff were superb in cleaning and bringing fresh food.
The entertainment was great too, always a show on in the evenings, all near the outside bar with lots of amusements for the children to keep them happy and occupied. England played in the World Cup on the Saturday evening while we were there and the hotel had a designated room to show the game on the big screen which was lovely! All decorated with the flags of the world and plenty of seats for anyone who wanted to watch the game. One of our rooms was close to the evening entertainment stage but every evening when we went back to the room and closed the terrace doors you couldn’t hear no loud music, I was very pleased.
The hotel sits right on the beach, we had a bus stop outside. We got an uber a few times into town but this was only a short drive. It was only a 9 min drive from the airport and close to the waterpark.
Very sad to be home but would absolutely love to come back again. Can’t thank everybody enough for making a relatively short time there so enjoyable! Really fantastic stay and would have loved to stay for longer!
