Have just come to the end of our stay here and honestly from start to finish it has been truly wonderful. The hotel itself is modern and clean, decor around the hotel and communal areas is fabulous. The pool area is magic. Never any hassle getting a bed. Plenty of umbrellas and tables around the pool also. Loved the seating areas by the pool. Lovely couches in the shade when you need a break from the sun. Pool side bar was ideal for drinks and snacks. There is the option to have a pool side massge which my husband used and he said it was great. We hadn't included breakfast in our stay purely because we prefer brunch and dinner in the warm weather. We did breakfast one morning and it was amazing. I couldn't think of 1 thing missing from the buffet. The staff around the hotel couldn't do enough for you and we're so pleasant. The rooms and hotel in general was exceptionally clean. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants near by. We took a stroll into the center of Torremolinos on 2 occasions, a stunning walk along the beach. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely holiday overall, but unfortunately our experience was completely overshadowed by what happened at the end of our stay.

The day before we checked out, we discovered that a bottle of perfume was missing from our room. This wasn’t just any perfume—it was the last gift my partner received from her grandmother before she passed away, making it completely irreplaceable. When we arrived at the airport and had to remove our liquids for security, we realised that a second bottle of perfume was also missing.

We contacted the hotel expecting understanding, empathy, and a professional investigation. Instead, we received an incredibly defensive and unprofessional response. Rather than acknowledging how upsetting the situation was, the hotel immediately focused on defending its staff and accused us of being disrespectful simply for reporting our missing belongings.

At no point did we accuse any individual member of staff of theft. We simply reported that two personal items had gone missing from our room and asked that the matter be investigated. Instead of treating us with respect, the hotel suggested that we may have left our room door open and that another guest could have entered and taken the items. This was pure speculation and felt like an attempt to shift the blame onto us.

What upset us even more was the way the sentimental value of the missing perfume was dismissed. The hotel referred to them as “used bottles of perfume with no monetary value,” completely ignoring the fact that one of them was the last gift from a beloved family member who has since passed away.

It’s not just the missing items that left a bad impression—it was the complete lack of empathy and the accusatory tone of the hotel’s correspondence. We expected a professional investigation and compassionate customer service. Instead, we were made to feel as though we had done something wrong simply by reporting our missing belongings.

It’s a real shame because we genuinely enjoyed our stay until this happened. Sadly, the way the situation was handled has completely changed our opinion of the hotel, and based on our experience, we would not return

From the moment I checked in, I knew I had made the right choice. The first thing that caught my attention was how incredibly clean everything was. Every area of the hotel was immaculate, and it’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy a great night’s sleep after a long day. I also spent quite a bit of time by the pool, where the food was delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. It was the perfect place to unwind.

Considering the overall experience, the hotel offers fantastic value for money. You get excellent facilities, outstanding service, and a level of comfort that easily exceeds expectations for a 4-star hotel.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but very few have made me feel this welcome and comfortable. This is one of those rare places that genuinely feels like a home away from home, and I’ll happily choose it again for my next trip.
