Full bath, telephone, satellite T.V., radio, music, air conditioning, ceiling fan, central heating, terrace and safety box (with charge). Some rooms are adapted for handicapped people. Buffet service at the restaurant with every meal and show cooking. Pool bar in spacious tropical grass gardens with Jacuzzi, sun beds, umbrellas and playing areas for children. Professional shows, live music, entertainment, dance, amusement for adults and children every day. Children play ground, billiard and ping – pong, internet room, free Wifi, boutique, private parking, facilities for handicapped people. At the area of Playamar and 100m. from the beach, beside to the promenade. 1,000m. from the center of the city, 200m from shopping area, bus stop 100m, 6km. from the airport. Nearby important entertainments areas like Puerto Marina, Sea Life Acuarium, Selwo Marina, Casino, Aquapark, Cocodrile Park, Botanic Park, Amusement Park Tivoli World, Plaza Mayor, Golf courses as torrequebrada and , Escuela de Golf of Torremolinos Miguel Ángel Jiménez, National Parador, etc.

Not the best
This hotel does not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star property. The check-in process was extremely slow on arrival, which did not create a good first impression. Guests are required to pay a €1 deposit for a plastic cup before obtaining drinks from the bar, this process has to be repeated whenever you want a drink, which quickly becomes inconvenient. The pool bar is the only place to get drinks and is located down a flight of steps with no handrails. Combined with the glass panels on either side, this raised some safety concerns. Sunbeds were in very high demand, with guests reserving them from as early as 6:00 am. The sunbathing area itself was disappointing, with patchy grass and muddy areas that detracted from the overall appearance. The rooms were basic, and the towels provided were small and of poor quality. The restaurant offered a reasonable variety of food, but unfortunately, the meals were often served cold. Evening entertainment lacked atmosphere and was generally uninspiring. The hotel's location is one of its stronger points. Benalmádena is easily accessible, with Uber journeys costing approximately €8 each way. Disappointing 1st time to Torremolinos
The beaches nearby were not particularly attractive, with dark sand and dark water, which may not appeal to those looking for a more picturesque coastal setting.

Not 4 stars Maybe 2 plus
This is not a 4 star hotel Good points are the staff and the food is above average although we only breakfast and 4 dinners You arrive and have to rent a plastic cup for a euro. This will become you vessel for all drinks from the outside bar ( it says for safety although they sell bottles of Coca Cola ). The only bar for drinks is down a flight of steps with no handrails with only the top of the glass sides for support.( we watched lots of people hesitate on these steps) not good if your are unsteady on your feet Smoking and vaping are allowed everywhere so if you want to have a drink without sitting near a cloud of smoke you will find it hard to get a table. Towel wars start at 745am when all the beds get taken up quickly . The snacks are soggy pizza and cold burgers and sausages The rooms are basic and the towels supplied are poor and small ( my pot towels are better quality ) Our shower gel was empty when we arrived so we bought our own. For some reason they have entertainment in a room near reception but the bar upstairs isn’t open and you have to negotiate the dodgy steps outside to get a drink in your plastic cup. The beds are mattresses on a sort of camp bed style frame All in all very disappointing

Hit and miss.
Where to start with this one. Just back from a 5 day break. Day one started badly with a delay so arrived late and probably grumpy. Booked a gold comfort room so high expectations. When we got to the room. The power slot was broken and non of the extras were in place. This was sorted quickly. The room was however clean and comfortable. Went to restaurant for lunch. It was at the end of the session so nothing left and all cold. Collected our plastic glass token and headed to the bar. By this time it was bouncing down with rain. So down the wet slippy steps to a relatively small outside bar for drinks. The all inc drinks offer was ok to be fair. The spirits at least were full strength and the beer was San Miguel. Evening meal was nothing special. The hot food was lukewarm. Theres a main bar and decent sized entertainment room upstairs. Its bar was closed for the duration. The entertainment was in there if the weather was bad. After a good night sleep and change of attitude the whole place started to improve. Breakfast was good and subsequent meals after where also decent. Plenty of choice. The show cooking fayre was varied and enjoyable. Mostly pork or fish but thats the usual thing anyway. On the whole the food was good other than a bit luke warm at times. The staff were friendly and helpful. Didnt really see much of the entertainment. Went out most nights. The pool area was poor. Sunbeds on the grass and mud. Not good. Location wise its at the quiet end of torremolinos. Very close to the beach and about 15 mins to the bars on the front. There are closer ones if you go down the back streets. Would i go back, probably not. Its does somethings well but lets it self down with other things.
End the plastic cup debacle. Im all for recyling but it has a time and place Sort out keeping the food hot. Open the inside bar at nights The outdoor area needs a re think. Not ideal for sunbathing. Totally useless after rain. Sunbeds are dirty which is from the muddy grassed area.

Nearly changed hotels after reading reviews....Wish I did!!!...So many rules, even with the hairdryer!! (5 minutes max)...no kettle in bedrooms, no english tea at breakfast, no taking your coffee on the terrace...Have to pay 1 euro for a plastic beaker to get your drink (refundable)...If you miss breakfast (they are very quick on emptying the restaurant) when then you can't get a drink for 1 hour....a blonde lady serving very rude, staff not helpful...Pool area very grubby...do not use ladders out of pool, as they are very unsturdy..Entertainment rubbish..Spanish dancers were OK, but we're dancing in the dark, no lighting on them....Lovely location, comfortable bed and I think that's it!!!..Oh, and only ate in restaurant twice, as food not good, soup tasty, but cold....This hotel is a 2 star at its best...Sorry Parasol, but you need a lot of improvements....would I stay here again...No....
