This wonderful hotel is located in Torremolinos, the perfect place for a holiday trip. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes to visit and taste new flavours while creating new unforgettable moments. Visitors may also be pleased to spend a day at the beach, sunbathing in front of the Mediterranean Sea or having a refreshing dive in it. The complex has a bright look and is decorated with sophisticated furniture to make the guests stay the most comfortable and pleasant one. They may enjoy a lovely meal at the restaurant tasting delicious local specialities and international dishes or a refreshing drink by the pool at the poolside snack bar. Guests will be delighted by the nice, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms where they can have the rest they deserve after having a fun day full of activities.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Only 7km from airport So take taxi is faster and cheaper. 15min In middle of august I expected big queues to bar or snacks But no queues. Still plenty sunbeds to choose 10am Highly recommended
Lovely hotel, have stayed before so was aware of the steps from one area to another. The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from the Carihuela beach. Food good, with a fair choice. Always lots of fresh fruit available and never overly busy in the restaurant. New pool area and bar really good, although would say the hour & half take over in the afternoons for pool polo etc was a shame for those with and without children who just wanted to use the pool, as this area has a really nice relaxed atmosphere and a high end feel to it. Plenty of sunbeds available in both pool areas. Rooms a nice size and very comfortable, always cleaned to a high standard. check in was quick and easy and we found all staff friendly and helpful.
Spent a week here, quite disappointed.Spent over £1000 each and did not get our moneys worth.Got there in the afternoon room is clean ,few stains here and there but overall nice. The shower in the bathroom needs to be longer as every time we showers it would nearly flood the whole bathroom. The air con unit sounded like world war 4 was so noisy constantly. The bed was great so comfy and very spacious.Big issue with the sliding door to the balcony not having a lock just felt. little insecure.Balcony was nice we had a street view and didn’t experience any major noise issues.Ants kept coming out of the skirting boards and one on the bed had bitten me.We had a door in our room which was locked ,we later figured out it was a door directly into another persons room ,we could hear every time they showered flushed the chain to the toilet too and their children crying.Breakfast is okay just the usual things but nothing coverd up or warm unless you get there as it’s being re stocked. Lunch and dinner were disappointing meat was never cooked through pasta was cold and the sauces not even under a heat lamp.Pizzas were the best thing. All a lot of the same things put out . The new pool area is great we always got a sunbed even midday, wouldn’t eat from the snack bar covers in ants .Pool is clean and not too busy, unsure about the main pool as we didn’t use it. Drinks were okay cocktail variety wasn’t great only had about 4 out of a machine.Other drinks were okay!Wish they had the option of bottled water .Entertainment was terrible! We watched a magic show which consisted of a man juggling different objects and dropping them most of the time for a good half an hour. The singer was okay sang a good variety.Flamenco wasn’t great. Entertainment and jumbo club staff were always friendly and said hello ,chefs and food area staff collecting pots were constantly dropping plates and things on the floor. Area is nice just a short walk to the beach and shops .Avoid neo something italian was not good.Supermecardo across the road was great and handy. Lifts are quick but one of them doors do not shut completely and there is a urine smell as you turn right to the lifts at the reception on the bottom floor.Staff were spraying the area with a lovely scented spray but it only lasted about a minute.Got ill from food.Wont be coming back cannot believe we spent over a grand to come really devastated. Also costed 25€. for the safe which i think for over a grand should be included. The toilets dotted around the hotel were hit or miss some were very clean with locks lots of toilet rolls and hand towels, where as many had no locks so would have to have someone hold the door. Many had toilet rolls all over the floor and i did go in one that had feces speared on the wall.Really don’t like to complain and say these bad things but just need to be honest for future visitors .
Refuse room 115 walls mouldy. All level 1 smells disgusting. Foisty smell. We stayed in room 117. The room was spacious and clean. View from the balcony Not good . The balcony doors don't lock. Staff said thats normal. Looking out at the steps going to the lovely new pool. The entertainment staff friendly . The lifeguards helpful. The reception staff appalling apart from one lady. She had long dark hair. Rest of the staff have a don't care attitude. My Grandson left his towel and crocs at the pool. The following day left his Adidas sliders. The reception staff said they hadn't been handed in and wouldn't look in the side room where all the lost property was. Hence we are going home minus these belongings. Wouldn't stay here again.
We stayed here for a week as part of a Jet2 Holiday.
We were a little hesitant following the slightly mixed reviews but we had nothing to worry about.
We arrived about midday on our transfer (which sits just outside the hotel on the main road as the hotel sits on a hill). The reception is very open and airy, and we were welcomed by friendly staff. There was a small wait for check-in due to only one member of staff on the desk, but this was partly due to a big group checking in before us. We were too early for the room but we were given our wristbands and the locations of the bar and restaurant were explained to us and there was a place to leave the luggage.
We paid a little extra for a balcony and although we didn’t pay for a sea view, we had a small sea view to the side. We were based on the 7th floor (top floor) at the front of the hotel. The street below was a little busy, but we were never disturbed and we were blessed with the sun in the afternoon which was wonderful for sitting on the balcony and for drying our towels and clothes. There was also a clothes airer on the wall of the balcony.
The room was extremely spacious with a huge super king bed. There were plenty of outlets in the room and lots of wardrobe and storage spaces. The bathroom was extremely spacious and we were given plenty of towels. The only extras we would have liked to have seen in a little shelf to place shower bits so they didn’t have to go on the floor and a proper hand soap so we didn’t have to fight with a bar of soap. There was a safe available at a cost which we opted for just in case (€1,500 insurance included with the safe) and there was also a mini fridge with a complimentary bottle of water provided.
The pool area was fantastic with an abundance of beds available at any point in the day. There are two pools available, the main pool which was both shallow and deep, and a second new pool which seemed more family friendly so we opted for the main pool. There was bar beside both pools too serving plenty of drink varieties. There were also snacks throughout the day at the bar, which included burgers and hot dogs in the early afternoon, sweet treats later on and sandwiches about 6pm. There was also cold meats and cheese available most of the afternoon. There is a large freezer with ice creams too which you can help yourself to.
The restaurant is extremely spacious with an abundance of food options to suit all tastes. We never went hungry here at all & they are quick to clear and clean tables and will take all your used plates to leave you with a clear spread again. They also replenish all the food very quickly. You get to help yourself to drinks in the restaurant too.
The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the road from a shop and only about a 5 minute walk down to the beachfront with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants along the way. It is also only about a 15 minute walk from Torremolinos town centre with plenty of other shops and bars available.
All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and welcoming, including reception, lifeguards, entertainment, bar, restaurants, cleaning and maintenance. The Jet2 rep who visits the hotel was also extremely helpful when needed.
There is plenty of entertainment on offer in the hotel, with plenty of activities throughout the day. We didn’t partake in many of these but did play a game of darts. There was also different evening entertainment on. We’re not late night people and this tended to start at 10pm, so we didn’t stay for much but we enjoyed the Flamenco dancing we did watch.
All in all, we would definitely return and we look forward to seeing what the hotel looks like after all the ongoing renovations are finished.
Thank you all once again!
