Excellent hotel
Everything about this hotel was first class. From the reception staff, to the bar staff, the restaurant staff each and everyone of them were so pleasant and most accommodating. The standard of cleaniness was of the highest both inside and outside. The breakfast didn't dissapoint and what an array of choice all beautifully presented. The rooms were spacious with a little sofa and a speaker which was great for blasting out the tunes on the evening. The hotel is in a most central location with gate access directly onto the promenade. Overall we were delighted with this hotel and have not hesitation in recommending it as a place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about it.

Ocean House- a fantastic hotel! .
Perfect location, rooms are comfortable ! Staff at the hotel are great, always friendly and helpful. Front desk staff, always eager to help. Housekeeping very friendly, bar staff are great ! The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and the staff are always working very hard and are always very friendly and accommodating . A great stay !!
Great return visit
Returned again to this hotel, last visit 2019 and it’s not changed that much except it’s now a Gropotel hotel. We love the location as it’s 5 minutes walk from the marina and right on the sea front. We decided to upgrade to the premium option and it was very good, as it gives you access to the adult only roof top solarium area with a pool and it also gives you access to a new for us premium lounge area where soft drinks, wine and beer including snacks are free and available between ten and six every day, this is also where you check in if on a premium package. On arrival we were checked in by Joaquin who was excellent throughout our stay and explained all the premium benefits to us on arrival. We had booked a front seat view room but the room we were allocated on the eighth floor was not on the marina side, meaning it was in the shade after midday, when we informed Joaquin of this he quickly arranged for our room to be changed to the 9th floor on the marina side the following morning, meaning we had the sun till it set in the evening, thanks Joaquin. We were only BB in the hotel as there are so many lovely restaurants nearby to dine in so no comment on the meals. Breakfast was more than adequate with lots of choices available and always plenty of tables available with lovely staff on hand should you require anything. Our bedroom was lovely with fantastic views of the sea and marina and it was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided and the bathroom was well provided with the usual soaps etc, and the shower was excellent. The hotel main areas were always very clean at all times, although the floor covering in the corridors could do with being replaced soon. One point maybe to mention on the adults only area the music we found was a bit loud at times, I’m not sure if the music is even required here as anyone nowadays can listen on personal devices, just our own opinion.

Golf trip
Stayed at the hotel when on a golf trip with friends.
We where not there much as golfing most days and out for meals in evenings.
Rooms spacious and clean.
Breakfast even though a wide variety of choice felt it wasn't the best in my opinion.
Bar well stocked and friendly staff and plenty of sun loungers to relax by the pool

Wonderful hotel with wonderful views
We have been returning to this hotel since 1992 and have never been disappointed. We always book a premium room with half board, and every visit has been a pleasure.
On our most recent stay, we were looked after by Fernando, who was exceptionally attentive to all our needs. He went above and beyond to make our visit perfect, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His dedication and outstanding customer service are a real credit to the hotel, and he is truly an asset to the team.
Our last visit on 9th October was simply the best ever! After so many years of returning, that really says something.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay, excellent service and that extra special personal touch. We look forward to returning again!
