Vacations in ibersol torremolinos
The location is amazing, the rooms are great, the atmosphere very good, the cleanliness very good, the service i have call for attention because some times was not well done. The elevators most of the time only work 2 in 4 and the clients take to long to go and leave from rooms. the food was not so good and the dishes are very often dirty...

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights from 29th of august 2026 and yet again had a fantastic time its our 5th stay in a year , the staff were amazing , room was very clean and always looked after by the wonderful staff, food was good and staff very helpful , Frank, Edgar and Maria the entertainment team were excellent and were excellent around the pool, great location, Thankyou Martin (Me Me)
Excellent time
This is our 5th stay in a year and again had a brilliant stay .from reception greeted by Aure such a lovely lady to Frank Edgar and Maria the entertainers with such enthuiasm and involved everyone ofnall nationalities . We xan t rhankyou enough such an excellent team and asset to the hotel . The legends on the Saturday night were excellent . Raul on the bar thankyou for looking after us and all the hotel staff thankyou so much for making it yet again a most memorable stay. The hotel was so clean and tidy and all the staff were so friendly. Look forward to coming back hopefully soon .
Really don’t recommend
Honestly, a really bad experience.
We were given dirty towels, the elevators were constantly having problems, and most of the reception staff were extremely rude (except for a lovely blue-eyed girl who was very kind and helpful).
To top it all off, we found a huge cockroach in our room. When we went to reception to report it, the lady with glasses initially told us to try to kill it ourselves because she was alone at the reception and “couldn’t do anything.” This was extremely rude and dismissive, especially considering that having a cockroach in a hotel room is completely unacceptable and not hygienic at all. We insisted, and eventually a man came to our room to remove it.
Breakfast was another disappointment, as some of the glasses and plates were also dirty.
I honestly have no idea how this is considered a 4-star hotel. Based on our experience, I would definitely not come back and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Entertainment extravaganza
Frank, Maria and Edgar have honestly made our holiday. With their upbeat spirits, can do attitudes and making it all about the guests and ensuring they have the best experiences possible. Aqua aerobics at 12pm was a highlight of every day, from good songs, to crazy dances moves and even them jumping into the pool to join the guests. Frank...you should be so so proud of you and your amazing team. Until next time...oh la laaaa
Without them this hotel would honestly not be the place to go for a family holiday. If they weren't here I would have to say the hotel wouldn't be worth more than a 2 star rating.
