This hotel is located in the tourist area of Torremolinos, only roughly 25 m from Playamar Beach. The airport is just about 10 minutes’ drive away. In the hotel's vicinity is the city centre, where there are shops, restaurants, bars and lively nightlife waiting to be discovered. This lovely hotel features tasteful interiors with a high level of comfort. Guests can visit the bar where they can relax and enjoy a nice time while sipping from a tasty drink. The outdoor pool area will be everyone’s favourite place since sunbathing, relaxing under an umbrella or having a refreshing swim is needed for a wonderful holiday. The rooms have been decorated with light tones and are perfectly equipped with all the essential amenities to have a pleasant stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Very nice Hotel,spotlessly clean, good choice for breakfast in the morning but food in the evening needs looking into. Our stay was made all the more special by the wonderful staff much thanks to Massimo, Alvero, Teresa, Tamara, Marleen and Christina who were so welcoming and hospitable.Would like to stay again and would hugely recommend expecially for the staff. All in all a very good 3 star hotel. The hotel cleaning staff are excellent, the rooms and premises are very clean at all times. The garden is beautifully maintained and all the staff were really polite, friendly and helpful.
A couple of takeaways from us;
Pool isn’t the biggest but big enough! And not many sun beds but again we never struggled to get 2 together when coming back to the hotel through the day.
The breakfast isn’t anything to shout about, quite repetitive but was okay. Enough to get your morning started! Staff are very diligent in keeping things topped up too which is nice.
The rooms on the ground floor are quite dark even through the day when you’ve got the door shut, something which you have to do if you want any privacy as the path runs right next to your room/terrace.
Location is excellent, close to local bars and shops and the private beach we used a few times, never struggled for a bed. Just a hint; Beds are slightly cheaper if you purchase from reception before you get there.
The lounge on the rooftop is very nice, relaxing chilled out atmosphere with a nice view over the beach! Drinks are very well priced too.
We would definitely come back but only if we could definitely book a room with a balcony. As we didn’t feel like we had a lot of privacy on the ground floor as people always walking past your room.
I cannot state how nice the staff were. Everyone we met from cleaners to reception staff and maintenance staff, always greeted you with a smile and couldn’t do enough for you!
Decent holiday!
Had fantastic stay at Los Jazmines! Was last minute booking with Tui and so glad we booked this hotel! Stayed in room 146, couldn't wish for a better room, very spacious, plenty of storage space, lovely kitchenette with fridge, microwave and kettle. Had a fabulous sea view with a huge balcony couldn't wish for better. Can't comment on food as we booked room only. To top it all, staff on reception were fantastic! All so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome from the moment we checked in. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean and all the staff work really hard. Roof top bar was open in the evening only but beautiful views to enjoy a drink! Location of hotel is brilliant, close to all bars, restaurants and centre of Torremolinos which is a fabulous resort. We had such a fab holiday we've booked to return to Los Jazmines in August 2026 for 2 weeks, can't wait to return!
POSITIVES - The hotel grounds & room are kept spotlessly clean. Staff are happy to help & very friendly. The rooms are basic but contain everything needed such as air con. Beds very comfortable. Good shower. Excellent WiFi in room & around pool area. Nice location opposite the beach at the quieter end of Torremolinos strip, huge array of great restaurants, bars, shops etc directly outside hotel.
NEGATIVES - All very trivial did not seriously impact our holiday & I would have rated higher without the early morning noise from building work being done (which we weren’t told about in advance). We was we given a ground floor room with no outside space or chairs, although rooms in other areas had hotel did have. Again not a huge issue but the garden bar was not open during our stay despite bringing advertised open from May.
OVERALL - We would definitely stay again if visiting the area, the bargain price more than makes up for the small negatives. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
Excellent pool bar man, brilliant location, really nice turtle called Gary in the pond, only downside was the lack of care, concern and sympathy from the reception staff following 2 attempts made by a drunk man, to kick our door in during the early hours. At the time, we did not realise it was our door being kicked, as we just heard two loud bangs at separate times, as though something was being thrown outside, we only saw the damage when we woke up. When we (3 women) complained to the lady on reception the next day, she told us we should’ve rung reception (the room phone did not work) and that she couldn’t do anything about it as we didn’t ring them as soon as it happened. She then said the door kicker left at 7am, which tells me she knew who it was. She made us feel as though it was all our fault and was indifferent to what was a scary incident. The man who fixed the door was very pleasant.
