This pleasant hotel is located directly in Torremolinos' tourist centre. The beautiful sandy Carihuela Beach and the town centre with its many shops, boutiques, bars and nightclubs are within metres of the hotel and are ideal for the ones who like to explore. The establishment was built in 1968 and completely renovated in 1991. In their leisure time, guests can work on their tan at the solarium or rest and relax on a lounger directly under the sun. The more active guests can play billiards. There is a seasonally variable entertainment programme available. All the rooms have been tastefully furnished and offer a lounge area and an en-suite bathroom. They are equipped with cosy beds and all the essential amenities to make each stay the most pleasant one.

Good food and spotless
Better late than never went on 15th Oct 2025 Breakfast at the Kristal was absolutely fine if you want a big fat English breakfast or a all you can eat!!! This is not for you. Location centre of town on a side road... no bouncy beds this is 3 * Absolutely spotless cleaners every day Their is nothing wrong with the food it's perfect. Evening meals are flavoursome it's not the ritz so that why it's affordable Im happy the reception boys are great nothing to much trouble.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in bedroom was like a dungeon we had to ask to move rooms rooms were not that clean no food in hotel no pool no entertainment I had to clean the room myself as it was filthy very rude staff not helpful in any way. Very central but got very noisy . Phones in room didn't work we had to rent a remote control for telly air conditioning was broke . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially those who's bringing kids
Never again
Dont bother beds uncomfortable .no pool .no entertainment. no bar .noisy area its budget small room hotel if you want cheap and cheerful. Area is top of town nice bars and resterants around.

No room service at all!
We have been in several Hotels, B&B in the last decade, but this one is the top bottom ever! Cleaning is a non existence service, toilet paper or bogroll as the English slang says kept in their stock, almost run out and they didnt left any. Also after 2 days asked for room service and nothing has been changed! Also cleaners when we saw them in the building and said hello, they barely said hello back, ruuuuude behaivour. Has anyone realised that the bloody turist brings their money here, we are whom pays their sallaries or they really do not get this as stupid as an empty bag? Also no remote control, you need to pay deposit 10 euro for a remote that I've never ever seen in my life, 5 bottons, on/off channel up/down and volume up/down. So we were told people steal this! Mate if you pay then still you could keep your remote with the TV too! First and last time here. We didnt know that this is Europe's biggest lgbtq and gay city, but how? If the service and the politeness is far from great, how could anyone tolerates the small ones when a wife and a housband are not respected I do wonder! Oh fridge is also none existence one, we had to go and buy a mobile car fridge that has 220V option, but of course the electric is switched off when you leave and remove the card, so boiling fridge that you receive. Bad-bad-bad, worse place ever!
