This really is one smart four star hotel. Take a look around, inside and out and you'll love what you see. You can look forward to a fully stocked gym, excellent spa facilities and Wi-Fi or broadband facilities. Take a look at those rooms too – light and airy and above all, welcoming. Of course, Torremolinos has long welcomed British holidaymakers with open arms, and you'll definitely feel that sense of inclusivity at the Gran Cervantes.
Each comfortable room benefits from en suite facilities, and comes equipped with satellite TV, telephone and safe. Last, but by no means least - the balcony or terrace. Whichever way yours faces, it'll give you a wonderful view out over the grounds of the Leonardo Hotel Torremolinos Costa del Sol or out further towards Torremolinos.
The views are even better from the roof! Head up to the amazing roof top and survey the view. This has to be one of the most spectacular places to take a dip in all of Torremolinos. From here you can see for miles - out towards that clear blue sea.
From this vantage point there's certainly a lot to see, and when you get back down to earth, there's lots to see and do in Torremolinos. Get out and about and you'll find an eclectic range of bars, restaurants and shops. Plenty to keep you busy…
And if you're heading further afield, do ask about the car rental service – it's all easy to arrange from the Leonardo Hotel Torremolinos Costa del Sol.
There's so much to love about Torremolinos – all that vibrancy, all those parties… At the Leonardo Hotel Torremolinos Costa del Sol you can even bank on a welcome bit of peace and quiet too. So we reckon this is one of the best choices of hotels to help you get the most out of your Torremolinos holiday.
Enjoying a peaceful location in the popular area of Torremolinos, overlooking the sea and minutes from the beach, the Leonardo Hotel Torremolinos Costa del Sol is the perfect place for your holiday. Recently refurbished to a comfortable and modern standard, the hotel offers a good range of on-site facilities.
Should you tire from soaking up the sun and the view, there is plenty to do close by with a huge choice of bars, shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.
Had been here several times and when booking in April was not told by travel agent it had been taken over by Leonardo hotels.Could not believe the difference and would not return or recommend very dissappointing all inc stay only local spirits no animation team no entertainment pool bar and snack bar only opened after first 5 days. Then only bar that was open was pool bar which wasn’t adequate with hotel full and serving drinks in plastic beakers!! Such as shame as hotel in prime location.Nowhere near enough staff you could clearly see the cutbacks that had been made😩
We have stayed in this hotel when under previous ownership/name. The hotel is in an excellent location; close to the 'centre' (if there is one) of Torremolinos, literally a few hundred yards from Torremolinos station with smooth paving all the way for suitcasse dragging! WeIwere in Room 712 with a south east facing view giving sun on the balcony in morning only. Described as part sea view. Across the corridor would have pool view and sun for much of the later part of the day. The room was large enough but the toilet room is outdated. The only real negativs relating to the room are the proximity of the foul drain system so all 'flushing' from upper stories is audible in the room and in our room the exstractor fan did not work. The public areas are all of a high standard and are roomy. The dining rooms are pleasantly bright and well appointed. We were on B&B tariff; there is a large selection of food items for breakfast constantly topped up by the large number of staff. The lifts are slow... For what we paid in second week in June we think it was reasonable to good value for money. The question is always - would we stay in this hotel again - the answer is yes.
Noisy hotel, dont go If you want peace and quiet, Lots of school children, and people playing loud music in the early hours. Lifts VERY SLOW. Breakfast very poor. Rooms need updating. No kettle. Cleaning staff very good. Check in and out was quick. The roof top bar very expensive. The best thing about this hotel was the cafe bars just behind. Selling fab food.
Gone down hill Teenagers screaming playing music by pool taking over Teenagers on phones screaming by pool at night till early hours Food very poor more so at dinner Zero entertainment Carpets in corridors stained and smelling Rooms and balconies look very tired Staff do not look happy No pool staff No security staff visible Very poorly managed by Leonardo hotels Its gone from 4 stars to 2 stars
I have been to this Hotel twice before, when it was Gran Cervantes I had no problems then, atmosphere was very relaxed, evening meals were great, fresh and good selection. On returning this year it was a completely different story. The evening meals were dreadful, some nights all I had was a bread roll, waiters picking up full plates from tables, hardly touched food on plates. We ate outside of hotel, mostly at Mulligans at back of hotel. The hotel was full of screaming children on summer football camp holidays, all boys ranging from 6-15 they were not visible throughout the day, but once late afternoon / evening came, the hotel and pool area were over run by them screaming , we could not sit on our balcony peacefully, the noise was deafening, late evening until 1am was unbearable, they were running through corridors screaming knocking on doors and running away, calling room telephones, kicking the corridor walls so much so the paint was visible on the highly stained carpets. When it was time for them to retire to their rooms, then all the door slamming started, to be quite honest, it was the worst (relaxing )week away we have ever experienced. The teachers / coaches that were accompanying them/ supervisors did not knock any of it on the head, or encourage them to be quiet. People save hard for holidays, only to be faced with that. Needless to say, we will be choosing another Hotel in future.
