Wonderful Hospitality
Wonderfully hospitable staff, and we had the best time! Over our five-day stay, Beatrix was an absolute delight: warm, welcoming, charming, and always happy to go the extra mile to make us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back, and we’re already looking forward to seeing everyone again!

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff
Just back from a 5 day stay at this lovely charming hotel with the best staff. Came as a couple to switch off and relax, this hotel was perfect. Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere with everything we needed and more.
Room was perfect for what we needed, spacious and clean. Location was great too with everything in walking distance or an easy bus ride away. We walked into the centre of Torremolinos but also went on the bus which is super easy and cheap to use. Most nights we had dinner in one of the lovely restaurants near the beach but had dinner at the hotel too. Food and drinks at the hotel were great especially happy hour, this was a nice little extra each night. We had breakfast each day too lovely fresh selection.
We have already booked to come back next year. The staff really do make this hotel that extra special, every person we encountered were lovely big shout out to the bar staff they were excellent.
Met some lovely people too everyone was so friendly overall a lovely hotel in a great part of Torremolinos we can't wait to come back.

Third visit to this great hotel had a great welcome from Beatrix who is a fantastic asset to the hotel and again good to see Sergio running things, all the staff very friendly as usual and good to see return guests from our last visit , some of us have agreed to meet up again same time next year.Breakfast is good and plentiful and Suzanna keeps it all topped up and always has a friendly chat with everyone. Julian & Ibrahim behind the bar great lads and Julian good for a laugh as usual, the Arcos is a Torremolinos gem with a typical spanish homely feel and long may it be that way.
