This charming hotel is ideally located directly in the centre of the bustling tourist hub of Torremolinos. The hotel is just a few minutes' walking distance from a glorious sandy beach, allowing guests the opportunity to enjoy leisurely strolls and a dreamy seaside holiday. Guests will find an array of shops, entertainment venues, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. This modern hotel welcomes guests with warm hospitality and excellent facilities. Visitors may like to rest by the side of the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe or have a refreshing swim. The rooms decorated with wooden furniture are equipped with cosy beds and essential amenities, offering visitors a peaceful heaven in which to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

This hotel is extremely noisy, the walls are absolutely paper thin and they let large groups run riot. One night there was a large group screaming down the corridors at night, to the point where we didn’t feel safe leaving our room. We asked to move rooms and they were very uninterested in helping, even though they admitted that several people had complained. The next night was just the same this time with a couple screaming at each other. Housekeeping were also very noisy every morning. Absolutely impossible to get any sleep here. You also can’t have a lie in as the noise from the city is a lot too, building works and sirens. Over half of the pool area is taken up with beds that they charge at €30 during the week and €50 at weekends, an absolute cheek when you’re paying to stay at the hotel, so you can’t get a sun lounger and we were there in April so dread to think how it would be in the summer. The woman who checked us in was extremely rude, we had requested rooms on the same floor which they wouldn’t accommodate and the woman even held her hand up in our faces to get us to stop talking after she had asked us a question. Others have mentioned there is a water cooler in reception but you cannot use it unless you purchase their bottles, although they only seemed to have an issue with women using it and failed to tell the men the same thing. The bathroom in the room was nice and beds comfy but the balcony was very small and worse for wear and the aircon was useless - again reported to reception but they were beyond uninterested in helping said they would send someone up and no one arrived. The one redeeming feature of the hotel is the sky bar which is really nice and affordable and the bartenders were lovely. However I would absolutely skip the hotel and just drop in for the sky bar! Definitely don’t recommend staying, you can’t sleep or sunbathe it’s good for nothing really!
Not a 4 star hotel
We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Before arriving, we had booked a double room, and also emailed to ensure that we’d have a room with a double bed. However, we turned up to two single beds.
The location is great, and the rooftop and pool areas are very nice. The room on the other hand is very much below a four star standard. We had hairs in the shower and bed, the room was very rough around the edges, and had cracks in the walls. The smell of the kitchen also flowed through the corridor.
If you’re looking for a 4 star hotel, don’t book this place. We unfortunately won’t be returning.
Welcoming stay
Great location in the centre of torremolinos to all bars restaunts bus stops taxis or train station. Reception staff pleasant and efficient. Room is bright and sunny needs some repairs and decoration . Blockage in shower drainage first day and the reception had a guy at our room within minutes to sort the issue then cleaning staff came in straight after. Very impressed . Beds comfortable plenty of storage . Soaps shower gels shampoos and body milk plentiful and good quality . Rooms cleaned daily and towels when requested and bedding twice a week . Roof top terrace is beautiful with great views pool area is adequate for the hotel clean and tidy but I much prefer space on the beach . Can't comment on restaurant looked pleasant but never used it . Would recommend anybody wanting a central located hotel it's clean welcoming and freindly . Awful customer service
Customer service was appalling.
An item of immense sentimental value was removed from my room while it was being cleaned. I had owned this item for over 20 years, and its loss completely overshadowed and ruined my holiday.
What was most disappointing was the hotel's lack of effort in investigating what happened. I reported the issue immediately and asked for the contact details of the laundry service on the Wednesday the item went missing. Despite repeated requests and considerable arguing, I was not given those details until Saturday. As I was leaving on Sunday, the laundry service was already closed for the weekend, leaving me with no opportunity to follow up myself.
The hotel later informed me that the item had not been found among the bedding sent to the laundry. That leaves an obvious question: was it accidentally discarded by housekeeping or was it taken? I will never know, because hotel management did very little to establish what had happened.
I received no meaningful assistance, no satisfactory explanation, and no compensation. Losing an item of such personal importance was extremely distressing, and the way the situation was handled only added to that stress.
I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Pleasant, clean hotel
Lovely hotel - rooms clean and breakfast was lovely. Only 10/15 min walk to the beach (quite a few steps down to beach so be mindful). Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Seen others complain about noise but we didn’t really notice - walls are thin but nothing crazy! We were also able to leave our luggage before check in and get late check out which was fab.
Only thing I would note is people regularly reserved sunbeds and disappeared for hours - we seen so many people unable to get a sun bed and leave sadly when others had reserved and weren’t using them. At one stage we noticed a couple were gone for around 4 hours but left towels on a bed. This isn’t a fault of the hotel obviously but just be mindful there aren’t many beds for the size of the hotel.
Overall a nice hotel and would recommend.
