Very good hotel
This is a lovely hotel with great staff and great food. We had a standard double room and it was very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. It a little bit away from the main town and beach but the hotel provides a free scheduled bus service. The night entertainment was very good but every night it was dance themed. Some live music would have been good some nights. It's important to note that this hotel has lots of steps and stairs inside and out. If you have mobility issues then this could be a problem. I have Parkinsons and found it a challenge. The hotel is in two sections. We were in the furthest section on the 10th floor. We had to take a lift down one floor then walk a bit to another lift to get to the 10th floor. Smoking is confined to designated areas only. If you have no problem with lots of steps and the distance to some rooms then this is a great hotel to stay in.

Spanish in Spain 🫣
Hotel is alright .the majority of the Spanish guests ( certain groups ) at the time of our trip ..ignorant , messy , rude, loud,.. so rude to the staff let alone the guests. you'd think they would have more respect?. Absolutely none . Terrible to the point of being feral🫣. Shame TBH as the staff in the hotel the hotel itself are so nice .all the staff where great . I'm surprised no other guests from the same week has not mentioned it ? There seemed to be a fair few complaining between them selfs .
Amazing! Would recommend
We stayed here as a couple in July 2026. The room was basic but clean, very spacious and beds are super comfy! The bathrooms were clean and showers were good. The hotel was only 9 mins from the airport and easy to get to everything locally. The staff were absolutely amazing! I couldn’t fault them at all, all friendly, working super hard to make your stay great, a particular shout out to Imed (hope i remember that correctly!) He was just amazing, always chatting, really funny and went above and beyond for us, specially when i told him i had a milk allergy he went out and specifically got soy milk for me so i could still enjoy my coffee! He was great and hopefully he gets recognition for his great work! The hotel was busy, you did have to queue at 10am for the sun loungers but if you did you could get one without a struggle but i did feel maybe there were more people then beds at times which was my only real downfall. The food was really really good for an all inclusive! Lots of choice and variety for all types of eaters! We never went hungry and really did enjoy all the food we ate, they have a snack bar open from 11am-7:30pm so there is always something to eat if you wanted it. In general, this is really good family hotel and great for kids, not so much a relaxing couples hotel but we made it work and really enjoyed our stay regardless. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone looking to book somewhere to stay in the area!
Not worth the price
Hotel is lovely, food wasn’t the best every time we went to the buffet it was empty dishes then it took so long to refill that people would push infront and pile their plates leaving it empty again. We tried going at different times of the evening but it seemed to get worse. There was a large group of Spanish people staying at the hotel that completely ruined the experience for us. They were so rude and ferral. All the staff were amazing.
Restaurant host and bars staff make the hotel
It is a bit off the beaten track but only €10 in a taxi into Torremolinos/Benalmádena and free shuttle bus is available too. Uber is very handy! All inclusive is worth getting, very handy with kids and plenty of choice.... is busy but just have patience, staff always restock. Fresh pancakes and fried eggs every morning at breakfast, cooked as you wait. The staff work tirelessly and deserve to be treated with the upmost respect. Gent who hosts the restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is so professional and really is super at his job. Makes such an effort with everyone. Bar staff are great fun too and work so hard, they don't get a minute but always friendly and having a laugh with customers. Rooms are fairly standard for a holiday hotel but absolutely no issues. Fresh sheets and towels as often as you need and lovely new balcony table and chairs in each apartment. Sunbeds are difficult to get if your not down early. Is the same as most hotels to be fair, people put towels down and hold beds for the day..... its not policed. Is alot of seating in the snack bar though near the smaller pool so that helps. Snack bar by this pool is handy if you sleep in and miss breakfast! We were very unlucky with the last few days of our stay (not sure if its the norm) but a huge number of the Irish travellers attended and completely took over the hotel. Kids not monitored in the small pool and really causing so many problems. Fighting and knocking and banging into everyone with zero regard or respect. A big fight broke out amongst them one evening and we quickly got an uber out to town to avoid it as it was really inappropriate. I was ashamed of how they behaved, being Irish myself, disgraceful behaviour but was clear it wasn't nothing unusal for them. I feel the hotel did fail in this regard as they should have immediately called the police but we saw no sign of this. I would worry that this could mean its a regular location for this partiular large group who show no respect for staff, other guests and the property. Had we not experienced these issues in our last few days, we would have absolutely returned and had recommended to a number of people but this unfortunately changed our mind.
