Does what it says on the tin..and more.
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I gave it 90% as there is always room for improvement. The staff made it more than just a hotel.
4 stars hotel with 5 stars service
Torre Del Mar is such a great spanish town for a family get away. All the bars, restaurants are mosly run by the local spanish people. The BQ hotel It is just perfect from the begining to the end. All the staff are just super friendly, smilely and helpful. The room is sparkling clean, quie, spacious with huge balcony over looking mountain and the sea. (better than front the sea view rooms) Great Location,too! Only 2 min walk to the beach, Aldi, cafe, restaurants, 10 mins walk from the bus station. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Will definally recommend BQ Andalucia beach hotel to every travellers out there.

Rubbish hot room with no A/C.
Paid a lot for a rubbish 1* room overlooking a rough building. No balcony or A /C window open over the loading bay with noise at 6.00 am... asked for room change told hotel full , don't think so low season.

Lovely hotel
Fantastic location for beach ? Supermarket and restaurants Friendly staff and good atmosphere Rooms are clean and spacious but could do with a bit more storage plus extra storage in bathroom Unfortunately there was no tea / coffee facilities in rooms. You would have to purchase from bar. Though in breakfast you can get tea / coffee free We were not informed about building works outside our room. We messaged our travel agent and they had not been informed. They started work around 7.30 am till about 6pm. Luckily we were out a lot though if you wanted to sit on your balcony before 6pm then you would have to put up with building noise WiFi in room was very intermittent so if you needed to use it a lot then sitting in reception was better Breakfast was really good. A lot of choice. We only did breakfast. Though one lunchtime we ate by the bar where could order lunch Overall we would stay here again and looking to book next year.
Great peaceful stay
Amazing stay!! The staff are lovely, attentive and welcoming especially Maria on recepion and Sarah in bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious (we both had a double bed) and the decor is great. The food was plentyful and very fresh every day. The hotel is not right in the centre but only a 5-10 min walk away from restaurants and bars. The area of Spain is quiet so don't expect a party atmosphere but we went for quiet so it was lovely. My only gripe is that the hotel did not respond to any emails from me before our stay (even when I used the link from their website and sent emails in English and Spanish) so it worried me that something was wrong. A great stay but they just need to work on replying to emails to be perfect.
