This amazing hotel is located within a 15-minute drive to the centre of Marbella and a few metres away from the beach. The airport is just about 20 minutes’ drive away. It is an ideal accommodation for travelling with children, for practising all type of sports and for discovering the natural environment without giving up the best services. The outdoor swimming pool area will be each guests’ favourite place since they can relax sunbathing on a sunbed, rest under an umbrella, have a refreshing swim or have fun in the slides surrounded by lovely gardens. The restaurant offers delicious food along with an agreeable atmosphere. The nicely decorated rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities needed to have a pleasant and memorable stay.

Poor hygiene and very Spanish focussed with minimal English engagement.
Poor location. The hotel is set in a woodland which contributes to amount of ants and spiders present I. The rooms and corridors. It is also right next to a motorway/ busy highway which did not feel safe when leaving the hotel on foot.
The grounds are kept nice however the rooms are dull, small, and very dated. My room had damp on the ceiling near the wooden grate. The painted layer of the wood on the door frame was peeling off, like it was rotted. The wall lamps were hanging off by the wires and kept in place by being balanced on the wall fixtures. The bathroom was dated, with mildew and rusty handrails.
The food hygiene was poor. Dirty chairs, tables and cutlery in the main restaraunt. Flies everywhere and on the food. Chefs not wearing gloves when handling food. Using the bare hands to pick up salad to put on our plates/ burgers. Some food from the snack bar was served on squares of paper. They appeared to be picky as to who could have paper plates from the snack bar. The food in the main restaraunt was barely warm. The boiled rice was ice cold. We had to warm our food in the microwave.
The pool slides were good, however the pool is much smaller than the pictures look. Lifeguards sat behind a small wall on their phones and not watching the busy pool. The sub loungers were very dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned for a long time. With dirty brown water and dirt pooled in the curves of the legs/white frame.
The entertainment was good if you are Spanish. They did not speak any English and when anyone did it was minimal. All entertainment was in Spanish. They did not cater for English at all and was very Spanish focussed.
This hotel is advertised as a 4 star but at best it’s a 2.5. It looks the part in pictures but in reality is dirty with poor hygiene and not English focussed at all.
Not a great hotel
Perhaps 25 years ago this was 4*. Today it is not up to expected standards. Rooms are dated, towels were not in the room on arrival, breakfast buffet was not great, dinner was only OK.
Terrible 😔
We went for a day to try it out to see if to book for next year as we were staying in Marbella , I honestly wanted to leave as soon as I got in to the place the hotel seemed nice then I walked out to the pool area me my partner two kids we had nowhere to go the smell was awful I couldn't bare it , it's all cramped in together only Irish people there it's all Spanish my children said it was the worse thing they ever went to couldn't agree more we had lunch at the buffet was terrible I honestly never give a bad review but honestly feel bad on anyone who thinks of going here also very rude people that think they can shove in to you as you walk no manners or respect women smoking there vapes in the kids pools men taking up the kids slides not moving the sitting area out in the grass is filthy not that you would get a sit the grass is more like sharp glass sticking into your feet

Far from center city no walking distance and overcrowded
The hotel is quite far from Marbella, and the water park is frequently accessed by people who are not staying at the hotel, making the facilities feel overcrowded and less exclusive for hotel guests. The first room we were assigned was not the room we had booked. We were given a double room with an extra bed, even though we had specifically selected and paid for a triple room.
The quality of the pool water was disappointing. The size of the swimming pools is insufficient considering the size and capacity of the hotel, which makes the pool areas feel overcrowded.
Furthermore, the fact that people can enter and leave the hotel facilities simply to access the water park makes the whole area quite confusing and difficult to manage.
Another concern was the lack of supervision at several times in the water park pool. The adults-only pool was also frequently occupied by children, which meant that it did not really provide the quiet and relaxing environment expected from an adults-only area.
There is very little variety at the pool bar, and the food options offered to guests are mostly unhealthy. A wider selection of healthier and more varied food choices would be greatly appreciated.
The parking area is far too small considering the size of the hotel, and the cars are left exposed to the sun without any protection. The alternative is for guests to park their cars on the pavements, often in an inappropriate manner.
Great place to stay
Lovely hotel with amazing food, staff were really friendly and there was lots of entertainment available for the kids.
