This amazing hotel is located within a 15-minute drive to the centre of Marbella and a few metres away from the beach. The airport is just about 20 minutes’ drive away. It is an ideal accommodation for travelling with children, for practising all type of sports and for discovering the natural environment without giving up the best services. The outdoor swimming pool area will be each guests’ favourite place since they can relax sunbathing on a sunbed, rest under an umbrella, have a refreshing swim or have fun in the slides surrounded by lovely gardens. The restaurant offers delicious food along with an agreeable atmosphere. The nicely decorated rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities needed to have a pleasant and memorable stay.

Poor cleanliness and neglected hotel
I do not recommend this hotel. The standard of cleanliness is very poor – dirty sun loungers and chairs around the pool and in the dining area, dirty windows and damaged flooring. We found cockroaches in the room, and the silicone around the bathtub was in a disgusting condition. The balconies are covered in bird droppings and are not properly protected, making them difficult to use. The food is average, drinks often run out and are not replenished, and the entertainment is poor and mainly in Spanish. Overall, the hotel is neglected and does not meet expectations.
good value for money
Just back after week at Aluasun MP......hotel is about 10 miles from Marbella centre...local bus stops out side 2e......rooms are nice and clean...gardens well kept..... We were impressed with bar....san miguel on tap real Bacardi Gordons Smirnoff not the usual cheap copies nice friendly bartenders. They have one large buffet with the usual all inc fare..........always something to eat.....but if you fancy Thai Indian Tapas Itaian 5 min walk is a courtyard center with bars..... Shuttle bus takes you free to the beach several times a day. Visitors were approx 40% Spainish 40% French 20% UK nice mix.....adult pool and kids adventure pool....lot sunbeds. Good 4* All Inclusive...........but if you usually stay in very expensive 5* plus hotels... go up the coast to Porto Banus park your Bentley and hand over your Platinum card .

Never again
This is a jock !! Big name small servicies ,never again ..the reception staff rude ,impolite ,the rooms are similary with apart hotel ,no blanket ..no kit on the bath room ..no thing ,, if this is 4 stars hotel belong to Hyatt name ..i have no words …i try to call reception was imposibile to reach them i have to go bu my again walking…and get myself blanket …bec of the big area u have to walk min 10 min to reach ur room…was waist time and money - never again ,

Pool bar service is terrible
The service at the pool bar is terrible. The man that severed me at the pool bar was really rude and I was disgusted by the service I can not believe he waved me to one side to serve everyone else when I was first in the queue and then just to blank me to then get another member of staff to serve me after 5 minutes

Hotel Marbella Park
I was a little afraid of the noise from the expressway, but it was quiet.
In general, I rate the stay very well. Beautiful place, nice service, clean rooms and, above all, very good dinners.
The only downside is the hotel manager's decision to close the hotel on 12.10.2026 and the decision to leave the facility by a handful of guests at 2 p.m. I would like to mention that these people had a transfer to the airport after 7 p.m.
In my opinion, preparing the hotel for closure did not interfere in any way with allowing a few people to leave their suitcases in the storage room and allow them to wait quietly for the transfer to the airport. I travel to many countries and hotels and this was the first time I encountered such a situation.
